Wood Floors by Beto

THEY well the son not veteran friendly the floor after a year in place will seperate and the son that runs the buissness will come out and look at its work thar turned out to be lousy. He will not fix the flooring ... it is so bad can not walk around the house barefoot floor exposed and we are injuring our feet.

I do not recommend this company they are non compliant and will never fix your floor after a year!

Beto is conscientious, direct, professional, and honest. My floors were refinished. His crew is excellent, they started on time and ended on time, exactly as scheduled. The work area was masked to minimize dust excellently. They did my stairs, master bedroom, and closet; the final product exceeded my expectations. The beauty and durability are totally worth the cost. I highly recommend Wood floors by Beto.

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!
This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!
The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.
