Absolutely pleased with Dr.Bins, the gentleman explained what he was going to do. He let me inspect what he did and I was so very pleased with how clean my trash bins are. So happy I contacted them and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Bins is great! Dependable, always does a nice clean job on our trash cans so we don’t have to think about it! Setting them up on a quarterly subscription with autopay was an easy move and it’s paid off tenfold. They are even responsive via text message if you accidentally forget to put your trash cans out for pickup making them still full so they can’t be cleaned and you have to reschedule for the following week! Ask me how I know! ;)

I called Mario at Dr.Bins for an estimated cost. He mentioned that the first service for two bins would be higher than subsequent services, but comparatively, Mario at Dr. Bins is comparable. I ended up booking Mario at Dr.Bins to come and service both my trash and recycle bins. Mario was able to accommodate same day service and was nice enough to accommodate my request for before and after pictures of the insides of my bins. When talking to Mario, I could tell that he is very passionate about his business and his website is very user-friendly. Him and his staff left my bins smelling so freshly clean, I look forward to taking the trash out to admire Mario's great work. I will be booking service again from Dr.Bins.

April 2024 was the first time I used DoctorBins for my trash cans. They were professional from start to finish. First, one of the owners (I don't recall his name) called to confirm my cleaning day. He was very professional and did everything he could to assure me that my experience would be great. A day or two prior, I was sent a helpful reminder. While they were cleaning my bins, I needed to leave, and they offered to move so I could get out. Although I had enough room, the gentlemen offered to move the truck. I thought the kind gesture was polite, and they even smiled and waved as I left home. I know it may seem small, but starting my morning with such a small gesture of kindness warmed my heart. After my bins were cleaned, they returned them to the side of my home, and I received pictures, which I have included in this review. I plan to use this company quarterly and highly recommend them. Thank you for being an honest and fantastic business.

Much more cost effective if on a scheduled maintenance program. I have mine done every three months. No more nasty smells from my trash cans.

Recently, because of the holiday schedule changes, they contacted me to schedule an appointment outside of my normal trash pickup and offered to empty the recycle bin as a bonus. We saw Richie cleaning bins down the street, so we asked him about pricing, etc. He explained everything & we even spoke with his boss to set up service. He was able to clean our bins right then & it's amazing how clean they are. They had grease & dirt & had not been cleaned in years, but now they look & smell like new bins. We appreciate the senior discount & were so impressed that we signed up to have them cleaned every other month. Dr Bins gives you great service. Not only do they leave the trash bins very clean and smelling good, the customer service is great. Communication is excellent. Love that they send reminders on upcoming appointments and on the day off, you also get a text letting you know how long it will be before they get to your house. Very punctual.
