Noticed there are only 2 reviews and NO current review. I wish this was different for me but John is no longer taking my calls for additional help to stop the leak(s) in our Pond. Last time he came was at the end of April as I had to add water every 9(nine) days. He did some work and we paid him but after he left I had to add water more often - every 3 to 4 days so he made it worse. Because fo this I am no longer a fan of Paradise Ponds and John Aboud.

I paid for having my yard sprayed for weeds and the job was not completed - I'm not even sure it was started. Now no one will answer the phone or call me back. Not professional at all in my opinion and I regret every calling them. Terrible customer service as far as I am concerned.

I contacted Lawn Love and was given a date for weeding and trimming. The guys truck broke down and I understood that and was ok. They rescheduled it for the next day and the guy never showed up. I called and was not given an answer to why he didn't show. I was told I would be rescheduled for another day. I didn't hear back for a week so I called again and was told it was canceled for that day and never rescheduled so I rescheduled for a Saturday which was yesterday the 8th of May but still no one showed. I don't think this company is very reliable. But they didn't forget to take my payment info on the first call though. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Did a fantastic job, and were very safe about it with Covid going on. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Just found out that my no-show was due to illness. Spoke with the Company and they were "pretty sure" it was not COVID related.

They switched me to another provider on another day but due to the late change they could not guarantee the person would show up.

Looks like the customer is at fault. Losing faith quickly with the company.

My advise, go elsewhere.


Found out that I was dropped by the company. They are now saying they cannot find anyone to cut the grass.

What a mess. The owner wrote back stating he could not find my account. Really!!! That is because your company dropped me.

Again, stay away from this company.

I tried to get service. No way. It took 7 days to tell me that they had no one available in my area. I don't live in the desert. In the meantime, my grass grew, the weeds grew and the leak got worse. Complete Nightmare!! Try someone else

Prior to Lawn Love Lawn Care (LLLC) we had experience poor service. No shows for scheduled jobs. LLLC was easy to schedule on line, showed up as scheduled, did a good job in a timely manner. Thanks

Lawn Love is very professional and easy to work with. They offer great service and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a well-manicured lawn.

Would definitely use services again! You don't even have to be there as long as your yard is accessible. And I think I got a very fair price considering how big the job was!

August 27th - Contacted the company to set up Lawn Services. I ended up upgrading to the premium Weed Pulling services as well. My assumption was that they were to have professionals arrive that week to take care of my issue....... I did not receive any notification nor was contacted so I decided to call..... Well, I had to reschedule for that following Saturday the 1st apparently.

Saturday, September 1st came along and the person (Named MARIO) that arrived simply stated that it was too much work and that my step-mother needed to call them to reschedule and have someone else come take care of the yard.
I was blown away by this... By the way, I was and currently still am out of state for work and doing this for my elder step-mother.

Regardless, I apparently had to reschedule and did so........ Now.... Fast forward to September 12th! I have yet to get my lawn cleaned and the weeds pulled! Lawn Love has rescheduled me !!! 8 !!! times! EIGHT!

With each reschedule I would receive an email explaining that they were going to have to reschedule me the next day .... every single day. I spent every day (during my lunch and also after work (normally 2 or 3 calls)) ... calling them to figure out why they can't simply provide the service and complete it! All I would get is, "I'm sorry, I understand how you feel - we can reschedule for tomorrow".

At first, a couple of reschedules fine... but after the 3rd and 4th time and hearing the EXACT same apology and reschedule line - I didn't believe them anymore. It was literally a waste of time spending on the phone with them...... Very autonomous and monotone and non-emotional tone of voice and sometimes actually condescending with a couple of agents - and I spoke to many - trust me.

I spent two weeks trying to get my family's lawn simply cut and clean and it never happened. I was quite amazed at the trouble I went through and yet at the end - I still never got my lawn taken care of.

Please, if you do not want to go through the hurdles, time on phone, endless people to speak with..... and false promises of callbacks and or that "100% sure your lawn will be taken care of tomorrow".... do not go this route.

I mainly write positive reviews and rarely any negative reviews as it isn't worth my time...... but this company doesn't deserve to be running the way it is. I am completely mind blown.

Do not waste your time nor put your faith into getting something done by them - I would suggest paying your neighbor's 15 year old some good money to atleast show up to say the least.

I will also post the emails I received each day from them so you can see some of the troubles I went through - and the only response was what was on the emails.

John Aboud was recommended to me by the Southwest Koi and Pond Association (SKAPA). I am extremely glad I have had the opportunity to have John's help, knowledge, and expertise with ponds. I would also like to mention that he designed, built, and installed a beautiful pergola over my pond to help shade my fish, it is truly a work of art!
