I had a great experience with Edwards Homes while purchasing my new house. Mrs. Gina Avila, Janeth, and Audrey were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions, making everything much easier and less stressful.
Edwards Homes truly delivers quality homes, and I can see why they earned the Best Quality award last year. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stand out.
Thank you to Gina, Janeth, and Audrey for helping me find my new home. I highly recommend Edwards Homes to anyone looking for a quality home and a great buying experience!

Purchased my home 2024 and by far it’s been so many repairs that it’s unbelievable. Had a slope in the main hallway, repairs were requested however it’s still not leveled. The oven needed repair a year in, 3 HVAC repairs, the toilet keeps running for 10-15 minutes. ATP thinking about just renting. Just to have someone come out is $100 plus the $$ to actually fix things. Only 2 years in this home. Frustrated!

I do not recommend Edwards homes. At first, they make it seem like everything is good quality no issues. WRONG! I have multiple issues like the stucco( many cracks), light issues, shower head leak, garage leak, and low quality rock wall. I bought a new house to avoid any issues however it’s a massive headache. The warrant department takes months(five months) to fix an issue, although it’s been reported in the 30 day list. Even then they fix it, the issue continues such as the shower leaks and stucco. I recommend another house builder. Take ur time to find ur right house and don’t rush like I did. Talk to ur neighbors ask them if they experience any issues with the builder. Months later talking to my neighbors they experience the same issue. I hope everything gets resolved soon.. still haven’t had my house warming party. DO NOT COMPLETE THE REVIEW WHEN ASKED BY GINA! I’ll suggest to wait to give ur honest opinion.

As others have mentioned the houses look nice at first but we have had a number of issues.
    - Studs are not consistently spaced (e.g. 16" on center) making it frustrating to hang anything and makes us wonder where else they cut corners.
    - The stucco started cracking on window ledges and along the foundation less than 2 years in.
    - Our cheap garage door (which we had to pay separately to get an opener for) broke less than 4 years in.
    - Our HVAC was placed on an improperly fitted duct (as assessed by 2 independent HVAC repair technicians), resulting in leaks when it rains and $3k+ out of pocket to fix, also less than 4 years in. This was a problem with the original build, not something we could have fixed ourselves or prevented ourselves.

This builder does not stand by their work. The warranty department recently switched from answering the phone to only taking claims online, maybe to streamline the rejection process and avoid talking to their customers.

Avoid this builder if you have other options!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!! Don't pay attention to the 5 star reviews as they are mostly employees or people connected to the company. There's one employee that gave herself 5 stars lol and didn't even bother to write a different name in her review.

Homes 'look' good at first glance like everyone else has mentioned but they are severely overpriced and cheaply made. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The stucco around the house has been fixed three times since we purchased the property 3 years ago. It is now cracking again clearly indicating what may be some type of structural concern (see photos attached). You can press the stucco in with your hand and hear a crackling sound. This is not normal. Every time the warranty people have come they kept saying it's cosmetic due to the house settling and sun exposure. Save your money and look elsewhere. Three years after purchasing this home I feel like I threw a $300,000 loan down the drain. It's clear they just mass produce homes and try to make as much money as possible without caring about quality. They probably made double, if not triple the profit with me. I unfortunately fell into this trap due to their $10,000 buyer incentive. It feels like Edwards bids their projects and subcontracts third party companies for the lowest price possible. I really don't know how these homes pass inspections. This home builder also has several complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau which I should've checked before engaging in any type of business with them. Do you homework and research wisely!!!
