The best builder in El Paso! Allows structural changes to make it your own (hard to find a builder in El Paso with that flexibility at a good price) most builders do no allow structural changes, everyone else just has their standard homes that you need to choose from their floor plans but with LEH you can make it your own, this was the main reason we went with them, really sets them apart from other builders. This is our third home and we knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t want the third time around after purchasing from other builders that didn’t offer to make any changes to the floor plan or any type of flexibility. But the owner Lane really cares about his homes he actually took the time to sit down w us in person to help us design our home and he was so passionate about it and really knows his stuff. Most builders you never even meet the builder, he is such a nice, good and genuine guy. His customer service is above all and it definitely reflects on all of his staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their homes starting with the model home greets Bill Acorn is very informative and walks you through all of the steps of building and shows you everything LEH can offer. Once you decide to build, Alyssa is in charge of most of the process she is very organized, communicates consistently, follows through and always so sweet, great customer service. The foreman Willie who is in charge of building the home I cannot rave more about him he is great w a lot of experience, he takes pride in building your home and makes sure everything is exactly how you wanted it. Lastly, in the walkthroughs and closing Mr Joe and Gabriel are beyond amazing, their customer service and follow through makes the experience worry free for the homeowners. They are always available for easy open communication regarding any issues of the home and address it right away. Overall highly recommend LEH homes.

Horrible experience. Started to build a home with them. They will set a deadline about the initial deposit which created some pressure in my case. Model home had the HVAC system routed differently so the house that was being built for me had smaller ceilings in the entrance. Had very little contact with owner and thus could not get some upgrades that we wanted. Everything seemed so rushed. Would not recommend anyone, in the end I left them and they kept the deposit which is all according tk contract. Tried and talk to the owner and see if we could get applied to another LEH home and work things out but he didn't even take the time discuss a solution. In the end there are many things that I would categorize as a doggy home builder. I would never buy from them. Ended up going with another builder.
