All reviews for Zia Homes

Zia Homes of El Paso builds quality homes but also exhibits excellent customer service. When our home was finished, they were very responsive in addressing items requiring attention, which were very few in number. When I use the word "responsive," I'm referring to both getting back with us after we first contact them to completing the required items in a timely manner. I would like to especially thank Ceci Cortez at the Zaragoza office for her professionalism and friendliness. I will not be building another home in my lifetime but if I did, I would definitely select Zia as the Contractor. Thank you

The home is really well designed, especially the inside. Kudos to Ana Silva, the interior designer.

Me and my wife loved the walk through. Elena our real estate agent was great in representing us, and asking questions on our behalf for being first time buyers. Randy represented Zia homes professionally, and was knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better representatives from both parties.

Zia by far has been the best builder in town. They go above and beyond to make your dream a reality. From offering bigger floor plans to fit any family needs and changing what upgrades are to other builders to being standard when you go through them. Their reserve process is by far the best. Our builder representative Crystal Barnes has made it a fun experience for us with constant updates and answering all our questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and gives you a welcoming vibe feeling like your going into a family buying through them. I have gained a friend through this process and I will definitely recommend to anybody looking to find a bigger home for the best price in the market.

I can not express how excited I am for my Zia home. The layout is perfect for my family and our lifestyle. We have been blessed with superb customer service. Thank you to John, Tarryn, Victoria and the Zia team for making our experience memorable and special. I highly recommend Zia for anyone looking to buy a great product, the homes are really amazing.

Today we had our appointment with Victoria to choose our interior and exterior design for our new home. She is very knowledgeable and extremely talented. We were also very impressed with the standard choices that Zia Homes give you for your design. We are so excited to see our finished home. Thank you Victoria, Lorena Ortiz our realtor, and Fernando Apodaca from Rocky Mountain Lending Co. for all of their hard work, extreme professionalism, and great work ethic. We are almost to the finish line, and we cannot wait 🏡👏🏽🙏🏽🫶🏽

David service and knowledge was exceptional, he went over all the warranties well.

I want to take this time to thank the Zia Home warranty team, Ms Sonia, and everybody else who makes that incredible team. What can I say? They were very attentive, supportive, and always caring about every question we had. The maintenance personnel were excellent. Nothing was too big or small for them to take care of. Definitely, out there, there should be good teams, but better than Zia Home, none.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Zia Homes, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The staff at Zia Homes are truly amazing, setting a high bar for customer service. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. The homes themselves are great, showcasing quality construction and thoughtful design. However, it’s the outstanding staff that truly makes Zia Homes stand out. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Zia Homes to anyone looking for a top-notch home buying experience.

Laura Esquivel was excitement helpful in addressing all the issues we identified with the initial paint and texture applications in our home. Thank you for all you help and attention.

Thank you Luis, Victoria and David for helping us find the perfect home for our growing family.

My husband and I signed our contract on our forever home in march 2024. We received our keys 12/23/2024. The beautiful floor plan we chose was the marvello! Our kids love the game and all the space this house has to offer. I love working with Crystal Barnes the whole way. She was super responsive when we had questions or anything we needed! Brenda really came through for us come closing day! The whole Zia family is amazing.

Big shout out to Victoria. She really helped us bring the home together with helping us with colors. 5 stars

ZIA! We love our house! It’s such a beautiful floor plan!
I love how all the houses have things that make them unique and not like many other houses in the area! For example, the restroom! So beautiful, unique, and elegant!
Feels and looks like a million dollar bath!
The kitchen! I’m in love with the farmhouse sink and waterfall countertop!

Can’t wait to build memories with our family in such a beautiful home!

After 1 year of being in my new Zia home, I filled out the documentation for the warranty and Laura from Zia did an awesome job fixing any issues that was listed. Would definitely recommend requesting her!

Zia homes has done a fantastic job with the build of my new house! Very attentive, very quick responses and easy to work with. Did my final walkthrough with Konni and she is a great help with pointing out key areas to pay attention to and walk with us step by step!
Thanks so much Zia homes!!

Victoria Brown helped us pick our colors and she was absolutely amazing! So helpful!

Huge shout out to Vijay, David and the rest of the team members at Zia. Quick responses to questions and amazing guidance thru this process. Definitely the way to go.

Bryan Marquez took his time and made sure his work was to standard and cleaned up after himself. If we ever need work done to the house, I would request him.

So far our ZIA experience has been a great one! This is our first home and the level of attention and communication from them is above and beyond.
