Prefect service! 10 out of 10. The service provider came on time, and preformed the service very professionally.

I scheduled through the YELP website and got an appointment right away. Adrian installed my DVD player. Then I found out that I needed a Blu-ray player instead of the one I bought. He pointed me to the correct one and then made another trip to uninstall the first player and install the Blu-ray player. Then he repacked the first one for me to send it back. Very professional and courteous, and at a fraction of what Best Buy would have charged me. I would highly recommend.

Great workmanship and customer service. We had two tv's mounted and they did such a great job that we hired them about a year later for another job.

If you're looking for a good company for your home entertainment needs, EP Home Entertainment might be the right choice for you. We have a fairly new home and we were looking for a high quality job at a fair price....these guys nailed it. We did not want any cable's visible and they were able to keep them all out of sight. They were quick to respond to my questions about the installation of my TV and soundbar. They were able to install the same day! Adrian came out with another worker. Adrian gave us suggestions (which we welcomed) and did an awesome job. They had a shop vac and cleaned up as they worked, which we appreciated. I would definitely do business with these guys again.

They did great the first time. 2nd time they advised me to mount 2 tv's it would be only $200. They only mounted one due to tv not working, and still charged me for both. Pretty much stole from me. Then wires were not long enough and they provided them to me. They were not sincere with their apology, nor did they offer to correct the charges. Or come back to assist. Also they charged over the $200.

Came here to have work that was done somewhere else redone. I was absolutely blown away with their customer service as well as their knowledge and their proficiency in fixing what was broken with my car radio. Will be returning here for ALL my audio needs!

I would NOT recommend using this company. I called them to get my home theater setting corrected, but they gave me the run around, they kept telling and texting me, "I will be there", and when I finally called them again, they did not know what kind of work I had requested. Sounds like a scam company.

I was very poorly treated at the counter when asking for information. My request consumed about 10 seconds of their time it took almost 5 minutes before someone had the time to wait on me. Standing at the front counter. Obviously they don't need the business too badly.

Electrician was not able to fix furnace. I paid $85 for his diagnostic. He was suppose to text me a receipt for the $85 and he never did. Never again.

Excellent service. I called on a weekend and was able to get a next day appointment for my Dad's TV installation. Great communication, on time, great service, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Excellent car audio store and service, probably the best in El Paso. Father and son owned business, Junior was the man I dealt with, who is knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, honest. Really great store, he had the stereo and four speakers installed in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

Great communication, very kind. Commitment to excellence and getting it right. They hung 4 TVs and set up our 5 camera Ring security system. We called them in for a follow up visit, decided to move a TV to a different wall. They made the move and patched up the original wall with ease.

I found this business through yelp. I called and they came out the next day and installed our tv on the wall. They also installed an outlet to keep the view nicer. I am very happy with the results as i get anxious with holes on the wall but my husband managed this.

The best service experience I have had to date in El Paso! Adrian showed up on time, did a fantastic job hanging my flatscreen on my marble fireplace. I found them reasonably priced (although I don't like paying on apps like PayPal, we figure out how to Zelle the money instead). I highly recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future!

Hands down there just isn't anybody better for good quality equipment and great service

This place is so amazing!! I just moved here these guys were able to come out the next day set up all my TV's and they look great! The outlet was way at the bottom of the wall what I never even thought anything of but Adrian said he could come out the next day and he was able to put another outlet behind the TV so you cant see anything. SUPER AMAZING!

Super fast and did a great job! They were able to come and help me same day after someone canceled on me last minute. Very proffessional deffinitely recommend. Thank you!

He even suggested for us to mount the tv somewhere better than we planned. Very patient person. And a very reasonable price! My husband is very happy with the amazing job he did!
