About the business:
I started as a fire inspector in 1995 and truly enjoyed meeting people and working with them. I have found that providing information to owners on problems or potential hazards found during an inspection and working with them to help mitigate the issues provided me with a sense of accomplishment.
It just seemed natural to me to continue this life style and continue on with real estate inspections.

Rod was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He answered every single question and explained everything so that my husband and I clearly understood. He took the time to walk us through everything and he was very thorough. He took pictures of everything and made sure to give a detailed inspection report. We were very happy with the impeccable service Rod provided and would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

Best inspector I've worked with yet. Extremely thorough and dependable. Responds quickly, is always early, very communicative, and provides his final report the next day with all the information you need and more. Extremely satisfied with Rod. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I am out of state and contacted Rod Beich to conduct an inspection on a home in Anthony, Texas. He was quick to respond and very clear on what he will do as part of his inspection. He has a website which tells you what to expect. Since I am out of state, I asked him to take some extra pictures of the house and the street in front of the house. Rod did me a solid and took pictures of all of the rooms in the house. He took some pictures of the surrounding area from the roof while he was up there checking it.
He is very nice and was thorough with his inspection (included a lot of pics of things that he found that needed fixing)! His report was great! It was clear and easy to understand. He covered everything. I can not think of anything that I wanted to know that he didn't cover.
