Amazing customer service! I had Jacob come out to do the inspection and he was hands down very thorough and informative. The package I paid for was called premium and I had added on a thermal imaging component. So in total I paid roughly $600 and it was worth it because they found a gap in the roof that had been leaking water down into the walls. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with AAA &Termite Inspection! They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and took time to point out concerns with the home I was buying and explained them clearly. I'd give zero stars if I could. First off plumbing issues were missed during the inspection which we are now having to fix out of pocket. Second our internet service that was supposed to be transferred was set up as a new account so I was charged by spectrum for my old account for about a week. My electricity account was set up incorrectly. I should have just set up everything g myself had I known I was going to encounter all these issues. I would NOT hire this company if you want things done smoothly during your new home purchase. Thumbs down rating.

I am a Professional who was trying to help a Church that Mr. Ayoub performed an inspection on the property in 2019. I was attempting to ask some simple questions and this very unprofessional man was yelling and rude, no etiquette at all said he it was too long ago and hung up, cussed as well as he was hanging up and as I was attempting to ask a simple question. Not sure if this is how he conducts business but I would have an issue dealing someone so unprofessional and rude. Not the most thorough report I have ever seen and some of the comments he made are questionable about parts of his inspection report. Not sure how much the Church paid for his report, but I can say that this is not someone I would ever recommend or do business with.

my inspector was Jacob with AAA. HOME enter my pest inspection and I cannot be happier.!! this gentleman is nothing but professional. He is a complete expert and what he does completely thorough and and I could not be happier with the detail that he gives to his inspections. If there is anything that needs to be done to a home that you are purchasing, he will find it and make sure that you were informed about it so that you are confident in your decision to purchase or to not purchase a home whether there be site built or manufactured. Everything from electrical, plumbing, foundation, construction, termite and pest. From the top of the roof to the or basement. Every corner, every crevice of the house is inspected and any issues or addressed.
I highly recommend this individual this company. Jacob and AAA complete professionals and experts at what they do. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to my own family members and friends. I cannot recommend them highly enough.!!! thank you Jacob and thank you, Gabby and thank you, AAA !!!!

I requested a home, pool, and termite inspection as part of a new home purchase. Isaac Quezada was our inspector. He was on time, personable, professional, very thorough, and gave me immediate feedback, after he completed the inspection. I feel confident going forward with the purchase and feel like the value of service was worth the expense. I'd recommend AAA Home and Teemite Inspection to anyone looking for quality service at a great price.

Amazing Quality. Patient with my questions. Found issues I was concerned about. The report was thorough and sent to me quickly.

Home inspection. Turned range hood on. Turned dishwasher on. Turned stove and oven on...YES, they all TURNED ON... but they were not working properly. Range hood fan runs, BUT... does not suck up smoke...Ductless and not working. Smoke and heat return into the kitchen. No exhaust hole in wall. Stove: YES...stove top turns on, but all 4 burners do not heat evenly. Oven has issues as well. Now, although NM plumbing code requires an air gap hose under the sink, the inspector did not note that it was missing, and we are getting a backwash of disgusting water returning to the dishwasher. Roof inspection: The Inspector showed the nicest pictures that were not too alarming. When the roof was repaired, the roofing company showed me true pictures of what we were dealing with. We were horrified. Why did we not see those telling pictures of a really damaged roof top? Now, some of these issues, not covered by the home warranty, are costing us money that could have been addressed with the seller before closing. This inspector is a good "seller" inspector. I do not recommend if you are the buyer...sorry to say.

Inspector Pros were absolutely fantastic. On time, thorough, personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing home inspection services. Their report was easy to read, well documented, and came within hours of them finishing their inspection. Their service was definitely worth the price.
Honestly a much better experience than I was expecting.

Issac did our inspection and worked with our realtor to get it all taken care because we are currently still out of state. From the report everything looked like it was wall inspected and everything was taken into consideration.

Very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the inspection process. Highly recommend if you want someone honest and easy to work with. Great pricing as well.

Had house inspected. The inspection was not personable at all. Left lights and appliances on when he left. Left water standing in tubs and sinks. Had to clean mirrors because water had been splashed on them. Left gates to backyard open. From

We are beginning the process of moving from Chicago to El Paso. I reached out to Sal, due to Yelp reviews, and we confirmed a date and time. Unfortunately, my flight canceled which meant I had to reschedule the inspection. Sal was so flexible and was able to quickly reschedule. He kept me up to date on his ETA to the property. He hit the ground running and was so patient to answer any questions. Also, a great sense of humor. There was no stone left unturned. The report was in my Inbox that night which was very detailed. I would highly recommend Sal - especially if you are moving to El Paso from out of state.

please dont hire them to do your inspection!!!!!!! I hired them trusting them to inspect my home before Purchase and they didn't provide me the full inspection of my roof just half and I was not aware until after closing the roof fell on me, I spoke to Jeff to see how he can help and never got back to me! please font hire them !! they are not trust worthy

The inspection report was very thorough and descriptive. It was easy to understand and the many pictures really helped.

Missed leaking shower, missed non-functioning outdoor faucet, left finger streak on the ceiling after going inside attic.


Edit: The report shows only a leaking shower head. Parts of the shower were missing grout, causing water damage/mold to the closet next to the shower. There's nothing about the outdoor faucet.

Our inspector Adrian was incredible! We were in the process of trying to buy a home and thanks to him we got a really thorough description of what the house needed. He went above and beyond and was truthful, saving my mom and I the potential future headache of the issues this potential home could have. His truthful thorough inspection gave us the peace we needed. Highly recommend using this company for your inspections!
