Wow, I can't say enough great things about Mr. Jesus Acosta. Even though they were booked for the summer, he was able to help me with my sprinkler remote control via facetime! The irrigation system had a leak. Mr. Acosta was very attentive. He assessed the problem and sent his team to correct. The technicians knew exactly what to do and made the necessary repairs. It’s very refreshing to find a contractor that will take care of the problem in a prompt and professional manner and follow up to ensure everything is working properly. I recommend this firm for your landscaping job.

Mr. Acosta and his team did nice work installing sprinklers and new grass. The end result looks great and they cleaned up some weeds and removed some old tree branches I had cut as well. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the work and followed up afterwards to adjust the sprinkler settings, review the lawns growth and cut the lawn after some time had passed. Overall they provided thorough and professional service.

Is been a few years but I de decided to post my experience with Mr.Acosta. I contacted Mr.Acosta to built me a swimming pool and bathroom addition in December 2021. After negotiation and the day of completion we agreed and work started in January 2022. mr. Acosta promised us that the project will be completed by the 7 of May 2022. Based on that my wife made plans for our anniversary and have people coming from Austin, Florida and Puerto Rico. At the beginning Everything was moving right alone and every time Mr Acosta came to me that was time for a payment I-paid on time all the time. Right after they pour the concrete, problems started it. On average if they came 2 days a week was a lot, sometimes they didn’t show up the whole week. Based of that he missed the completion day which he promised me that I ll be done by July. July came back and missed the deadline again. I had to call him every day and ask him when they r going to show up and work, and was very hard to get a hold of him. And many times he told me that they were coming to work and they didn’t showed up. At this time we were pretty upset but I try to keep my kool and work with Mr. Acosta. August, September, October came by and still the project wasn’t finished yet. Like I mentioned before I have to call him when they coming to work and finish this project. At the beginning of November, 10 months after he started working on the project, he informed me that he wasn’t going to do the bathroom addition. He said that was going to finish the landscaping and that was it. We started in negotiations because I already paid him like 95% of the cost of the project. After very firing negotiations we agreed to finish the contract and he reimbursed me the money for the bathroom, which I wasn’t not enough , so I took the lost of about 10,000.00 dollars. Mr Acosta did a good job of what he finished in ten months , (not a excellent job) but it was ok work. My main beef with him it was the long time it took to do things, and the lies. Many other problems arises during those ten months , but I will keep it to myself. I would never recommend SP&LC landscaping to nobody.

The backyard remodel was completed in a timely manner. The site was left clean . Mr Acosta checked in with us and his workers almost daily to make sure the job was completed as requested. He was very precise on getting the details correct.

SPLC did a great job fixing my broken irrigation system. They were very responsive and easy to contact. Upon arrival at my house they gave me multiple options for dealing with my issues, answering all my questions. After agreeing on a service, the workers arrived the same day and did a very professional job. Later, the owner walked me through the work and stayed as they tested the system. I would absolutely use them again for other irrigation issues.

SP&LC recently removed three trees from my yard. One was particularly large.

I contacted the manager, Mr. Acosta, who promptly visited my home and provided with a written estimate. In just a few hours later, a crew of workmen arrived and started the job. Because of the size of the job, they returned the next morning. By the afternoon, they completed removing the trees and cleaning up my yard. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

I had an issue with my timer. I called the folks that installed it. After several days they called back and set an appointment with us. They no-showed. We contacted them again. No response. No return call or texts. So, I decided to call SP & LC Landscape because of the great reviews. Their voicemail was full, so I decided I would try again tomorrow. Imagine my surprise when Jesus Acosta called me a few hours later! He asked specific questions and had me FaceTime him because he said he wanted to see if he could save me the cost of a service call!! He was able to step me through the issues and fix it! No charge!!
