We used to give Azure 5 stars but something happened this year. They stopped coming regularly, at times the pool was not cleaned appropriately, and something happened to our 2 year old pump and we needed to replace it a month ago. I got home today to a running fountain, low water level, the pool was poorly cleaned and NO WATER GOING INTO THE PUMP! WHAT HAPPENED? We recommended them to some of our friends and just learned that they are having trouble with Azure, too!

First of all, this is the 3rd pool cleaning company I have used within the last year and a half.
Like the saying goes, the 3rd time is the charm !!
It's been a struggle to get my pool looking as clean as I wanted, from the bottom surface of the pool, to the water overall.
Oasis has managed to make the water look awesome, clean, fresh, you name it...and in very little time at all.
The entire team has been very accommodating and professional,
from Efren the owner, Paula the accounts manager, and especially Zakk the pool technician getting down and dirty and taking care of the task at hand.
Because of Oasis, our pool is ready for swimming anytime, whether it be evenings during the week or all weekend long ...

These guys know their stuff! My pool has never been so clear, and they leave documentation of everything they do on your door. They take care of cleaning, backwashing, chemicals, and they text/call to advise you if there is a problem with your system. Excellent customer communication, excellent work and results!

This company came out and took care of all our pool maintenance. They took the time to explain how our pool equipment works since this is our first pool. They also helped us set up a robot cleaner. The owner has been available to take our calls and personally came out to explain a defective valve they found that was installed by our home warranty, which for us being new pool owners, we would have no way of knowing.

Our pool had turned green and the regular pool people would not answer the phone. We called Azure Oasis and they came over right away to help us. Efrin and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Efrin took the time to personally explain what was causing the problem, phosphates from the environment were feeding the algae and this created a bloom turning the water green. He also explained the process on what was needed to remedy the situation. His crew got to work right away and our pool is sparkling clean!! I appreciate the personal touch and time they took for us. In El Paso when you need pool help you want it NOW. You want the problem fixed with the first visit. Efren is terrific. I called and he made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived when he said he would. He is an incredible problem solver. he is also a great teacher. I have had a pool for 25 years and Efren in the span of twenty minutes taught be valuable lessons I had not learned from other pool contractors. Efren is professional. He is responsive. He solved my problem with a pool pump in less than 30 minutes. His professional fee was most reasonable. He fixed my problem with one visit. I an the proverbial "Happy Camper" with his service. We love Azure Oasis Swimming Pools! Skye, Efren, and their teams are knowledgeable, patient (we're brand new to pool ownership), responsive, honest, through, and friendly. When we bought our home we were in another state. After close we discovered the maintenance on the pool had been neglected. Azure Oasis was recommended to us by several realtors. They showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and got to work right away to correct the issues. In no time at all Skye and his crew had our pool clean and sparkling for us to enjoy. We look forward to seeing them each week for cleaning and maintenance.

Great affordable service. Owner is a true expert. I feel like I waisted two years with competitor, but thanks to Efren, issue with heater and water level are finally fixed. Love that I can come home and know exactly what is going on with my pool. Every time pool cleaner comes to service pool, he leaves a detailed note on my door. I don't have to call pool company or check the cameras anymore to find out what he did or didn't do. Love the service. 100% recommend.

When needing pool repairs or pool cleaning this is the company to hire. I’ve been doing business with Efren for almost 2 years and each time he fixes my problems quick. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is my first time owning a pool and he’s taken the time to teach me about it. Great service, I get my pool serviced weekly thanks Luis great job, but most importantly the owner Efren came to my home to install a new motor himself. Before I decided to go with his products he did state there was another pool company FM pools who may have the part we were needing. I did inquire on FM pools and discovered not only did they not care but very unprofessional and rude. They quickly made up my mind Azure pools was the route I was going. Recommend this place for sure

I had a leak in my pool and called Efren to conduct a pressure test. He was out the next day and started to process by draining the pool and then conducting the testing of the system pipes. He was very thorough and made sure all pipes were checked and tested. He made sure to keep me informed and explained to me every step of the process since it is was going to take a couple of days. He found the issue and was able to to fix the leak. He is very knowledgeable and I liked that he would explain everything being done and also answered any questions I had at anytime. He also kept in constant communication as far as when he would be there and what he did for the day. The pool was filled back up and he made sure to check everything was back in working order and everything worked great! Thank you and I will be calling him again for any future pool issues.

These guys are very professional, and know what they're doing. After getting the shaft from another company with shoddy work, . they were able to undo that mess and get my pool system working properly. I had another problem with a valve, and they came out and fixed it ASAP. They aren't the cheapest, but the knowledge and quality of work is well worth the extra money. I always learn something when they come. Highly recommended.

A truly unethical, predatory company. Trust me, do not hire them. They refused to install my pool equipment after I had paid them in good faith because they asked for full payment. Untrustworthy and completely unprofessional. They will lie to you. Please believe me, stay away from this company.

Great company. They installed a new variable speed pump and heater in 2 days and were extremely helpful in pressure testing and setup. Will definitely do business with them again. Efren is very friendly, reliable and helpful in determining the best configuration for your pool.

Efren from Azure Oasis came out to do some repair work on our swimming pool solar system. Not only did he come out timely, the work was done right the first time, and at a reasonable price. My first experience with the company but the service and the friendliness made us long term customers!

I contacted this company based on reviews, and I was not disappointed. Efren answered the call and was able to get me on the schedule the next day. Very professional, very helpful with understanding some basic pool maintenance. Trust me this is not some fake review. These guys know what they’re doing and do not over charge. Efren came very quickly and I did a bucket leak test on my pool. He determined that there was not a leak and also hooked me up with a wonderful plumber who fixed the fill valve for my pool.. would definitely use him again and recommend him very highly

This business is beyond amazing!! The office staff is super friendly and responsive. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest. I was told by another company I needed a whole new pool heater. Azure pools came out and fixed the issue and got my system working within 1 hour and saved me thousands of dollars.
