Aquatica pool services have serviced our pool since April 2022. They have been very professional and informative since the beginning. This is our first swimming pool and we’ve had tons of questions outside of the scope of cleaning the pool. They’ve always answered them, even the ones that was not within our contractual agreement. I really do appreciate the hard work they put in on maintaining our pool and jacuzzi.

The following services they perform at a minimum is:
Brushing
Vacuuming
Skimmer and pump basket cleaning
Maintain the correct chemical balance

Fairly new client but would like to say that so far I am very happy with the services. They have been very professional and knowledgeable and have answered every question that I've had for them. They call before every cleaning. My pool looks really good each time. Definitely recommend

Would not use anyone else! We use Aquatica for our short term rentals and personal property. After trying multiple companies, we have finally found who we are sticking with. Anthony is always quick to respond, the team always arrives when scheduled for weekly service, and communication is top notch. We trust their service, prices, and recommendations and will use them for all future properties as well.

I applaud Anthony and Steven for their professional service and care for our pool. Aquatic Pool Services has made my family's experience both worry and stress-free! An added value is the photos sent after the service has been completed, coupled with their willingness to answer any questions should they arise.

Great experience overall. Cleaned pool and the equipment including filters in a very timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend Aquatica and look forward to continue working with them.

Aquatica acquired our pool cleaning account when our previous pool guy merged business with them in June. At first no issues in June and July. In August we noticed that the services being rendered didn’t match what was visible on our security camera. One pool cleaning lasted 4 minutes. To compensate for August, our September rate was discounted. No issues in September. October began with a no show no call appointment. A full credit was offered for November but due to the inconsistencies with Aquatica, my husband and I choose to cancel services. On 10/13/22 Anthony Provecino emailed me that his employee would drop off the check on Tuesday 10/18/2022 since he would be in the neighborhood cleaning pools. Unfortunately the check was never dropped off as promised and when we call the company, we only get the voicemail service. I would not recommend this company to neighbors as customer service and satisfaction is not their strength.

My chlorinator gave out & Anthony came by to repair it. He was very professional & super knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was quick to answer all my texts messages, questions & concerns and he fixed the problem in 2 days!! Great service, super happy with the results & I would definitely recommend him & Aquatica Pools!!

I rely on Anthony and his crew @ Aquatica to maintain and provide all of the maintenance and cleaning for my pool. I won’t let anyone touch my pool except Aquatica. They were the group that installed all of my new equipment and it was a pretty complicated set up. I have used many different pool cleaners and have not found one that does a better job than Aquatica. They always take my calls and fix any problem that arises. On top of that, they text me when they are on their way to my house and send pictures of the finished job once it is completed. Very professional and easy to work with! I recommend them to all of my friends.

We just started using Aquatica’s services and we couldn’t be more pleased. They upgraded our 20 year old equipment for us and did so in a very professional manner. They are very attentive and communicate with us well regarding all of our pool needs. Highly recommend and very happy to be doing business with this company!

Anthony and Steven professionalism is excellent. Also, Anthony is very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out other issues the pool had besides what I had hired him for. They replaced the furnace, the water lines(pipes) and vales. He took the time to explain how to operate vales and he programed the pool pump. They completed all this on a one day request. I'm very satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend Aquatics Pool Services.

Highly recommended! Excellent service with a very competitive price. They arrived on-time every week and did a stellar job cleaning and maintaining pool chemicals. The email reports and easy payment options were really good as well. Anthony and Daniel were particularly great and I look forward to using them again next year!

We’ve only had one issue of algae this past week with the heat and rain and Aquatica helped us jump on it quick and responded to all my questions and concerns. Mark, the Operations Director is great! My pool service started great in the spring but quality of service seemed to have dropped in the mid summer.

I live very close to an open desert area. Sand in pools affect the pH and chlorine balances. They both are on top of checking adequate chemicals balance. I appreciate the before and after photos and the detailed email report of the service.

My pool was in bad shape and they were very understanding and made a plan to get it cleared up. They do great work!!! The owner worked with me. Daniel explained everything to me and was very professional. Great communication with Jasmin she explained things and kept in contact with me. The pictures don’t even show how bad the pool really was but in less than a week they had it back to blue. Amazing service!

The technician Gabriel was amazing breaking down what was needed and why. The follow up service from Maribel was amazing she approached me from a relational stand point not a transactional one. Exceptional all around experience.
