UPDATE: Just because it wasn't under my name doesn't mean I did not schedule. It was scheduled under Cynthia Talamantes, during Memorial Day Weekend. How often do you tell potential customers you're not able to find your driver or gps in your trucks. I did schedule and the situation I explained below did happen.

No call no show.
I had an appointment and after waiting 38 minutes, I called Xpress Cleaning Services the owner wasn't aware his employee was running late. He mentioned he would call me back and he didn't, I called him back a 2nd time 45 minutes later and he stated they could find the employee and the GPS on the truck wasn't working. The owner then asked if we could reschedule and I mentioned to him I moved out all the furniture in two rooms and its a holiday weekend and I couldn't. It seemed like the owner didn't make any effort to fix the situation that to begin with was not my fault. I had to call numerous company's until I found another company to come out the same day, thank goodness for ***** Professional Carpet Cleaning *****

We had a very pleasant experience with the carpet cleaning service and upholstery cleaning provided by xpress cleaning. We have tried many other carpet cleaning services in the past and no one tops the quality and professionalism provided by Xpress cleaning.

We had a great experience using Xpress when we returned to El Paso after a 6 year absence. We rented out our house over those years and before my family moved in I wanted to make sure the entire house was clean and sanitized. Alberto and his team did the most through cleaning I've ever seen and the walk through afterwards with Alberto demonstrated that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Great company, I fully recommend their services.

They’re all very nice, from the receptionist, to the gentleman that came by and the owner. Very respectful and professional which I truly appreciated. During this time in a middle of a pandemic they came to put peace in my life. They disinfected my house after sars-covid quarantine. Thank you so much! I feel at peace knowing that my daughters will be safe and not catch this horrendous virus.

I have had 4 companies come to my house and clean my carpet. Xpress cleaning came to my house at the time they said . They
took stains out that the other companies were not able to remove. They use equipment that the others did not have. I will recommend

So they charged me 185 $ for a little less than 2 (TWO) hours of pretty standard cleaning in my tiny home. They told me it was going to be 4 hours and the first cleaning was going to be very deep that is why I was OK with that price. But turns out it wouldn’t been less painful if they would have taken the TV or something valuable because they basically came to my home to rob me

I had my neighbor suggest this business and when he invited me in, I noticed it smelled from the work that hd taken place. Then he told me of how they left the carpet wet for a day with no recourse to fix the issue.

My elderly mother had an appointment this afternoon at 1230. They did not show up. This appointment was confirmed 3 times. .When I inquired about the reason I realized that the owner canceled this appointment without warning because he received a negative review on a service that he handled poorly. I wont go into the details but it is explained in full in a review on the page. My mom has trouble having people that she did not know. This is why we made sure it was confirmed. My mother had dealt with one of the techs a few times. Lack of professionalism on the part of the owner.

Excellent Service. Used them for 1st time yesterday, needed an urgent water extraction for my carpet & they did a fantastic job. Friendly personnel & very professional. I plan to continue using their services.

All good things to say about Xpress cleaning from the professionalism to the job well done. The gentleman explained himself well on what he was going to do while shampooing and steam cleaning our carpets. Removed all stains and looks like new.
