I would give one star for the results but I’m giving 2 stars because the gentleman that did the job worked hard and was very professional.
But the results were not good. I admit my carpets had many pet stains, however my carpets smelled so much worse than prior to the service that we ended up ripping out the carpet. We put fans and opened the windows as instructed but the carpets were still wet between the carpet and carpet pad three days later causing the intense and overwhelming odor.
Had I known what the results would be I would have saved $540 and just ripped out the carpets to begin with.
