I had some issues with my A/C not cooling a few weeks ago. I called Diaz services and they were able to fix a few issues. Technician Art and Maciel were very helpful, courteous and explained what was wrong with my unit. The AC is running smooth again and they will be my go to from now on.

Wanted to give these guys a higher rating initially because I thought they might have done a good job servicing my HVAC in prep for the summer for a total of 1 grand. However, they failed to connect my heater properly after reinstalling everything after completely removing it and cleaning it. The first cold front of the fall and we are unable to turn on my heater because of them. I give them a call to let them know they improperly reinstalled my HVAC and the temperature of my home was dropping to the 50s. They took 3 days to come back! After they came back and connected everything correctly which only took about 5 minutes, the technician tried to blame someone else for “messing” with my appliances. I told him he was the last and only person to ever work on my HVAC. Even then he continued to argue with me! Needless to say, will not be calling these people back to service my AC.

great timing and even better pricing!!! all phone calls I made were answered or returned. the workers cleaned up everything after installing the heating and cooling system without me even asking. definitely friendly service and would recommend everyone to give them a try. Thank you Diaz services for our nice cold home to survive this triple digit weather!!!
