Great service! Customer service was very quick to help solve the furance heating problem, by scheduling an appointment to take care of the furance heating problem immediately without delay. The appointment was made for the some day and the technician arrived within 2 hours after I made the appointment. That's really great service from start to completion of the furance heating system being solved.

Excellent customer service and installation. Company representative Brenda was very informative as to what the company offered. She was patient, very friendly, heard what my family wanted (not like the other companies), and what was promised was delivered. The installation was done in about 4 1/2 hours. The workers explained how the new refrigeration worked, how to install the filters, and cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional business. Called them to advise our heater turned off. The house was cold. She immediately got me at ease. She Explained everything. Send out the tech turned the heater on temporarily order the parts and will return to install parts. They understood our issue and sent out a tech who was very courteous and very knowledgeable!!! My thermostat went bad and my AC wouldn't turn on, I called them few times around 9:00 pm and no answer. However, next morning they called me back, scheduled a visit for later that day, they showed up on time, replaced the thermostat and resolved the issue. All of this under warranty. Communication was awesome via text messages.

My a/c system from home stopped working and I right away reached out to the best A/C company in town (E.P. Omega Air Conditioning). They dispatched Technician Eric to diagnose my a/c system. He arrived early Thursday morning and right away advised me of why my a/c system stopped working. My blower motor gave out. I was advised by the front desk clerk that the part would take a few business days for it to arrive. Eric went above and beyond by doing a temp repair so that my family and I wouldn’t suffer over the weekend in this crazy El Paso weather till part arrived. Part arrived today. Technician Eric was dispatched to remove and replace the blower motor. Very quick and efficient work. My A/C system is working better than before. I highly recommend you going with Omega for any a/c issues you may encounter. Trust me you will be one satisfied customer like myself. They are very friendly, reliable, communicative, attentive, quick, and take great pride in the work they provide. Excellent service! Very friendly and had a quick response. We were having issues with our thermostat but Eric was able to assess the issue quickly and cleared out the clog. Great customer service! Highly recommend the service and will be scheduling our yearly maintenance in 2026.
