I saw one of the drivers in the company vehicle texting while driving, and not paying attention on the road. This happened Sept. 30, 2026 near Executive and Mesa.

After getting quotes from several companies, I ultimately went with five star painting to repair and paint my stucco home. Jorman and his team made the process stress-free! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and just kind people. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and with care. They were responsive and communicated daily from start to finish. They completed the job in a timely manner, while still providing quality work. I'm so happy with the work and I highly recommend them.

Started to do work returned our money back wanted to change scope of work and want to change contract after they saw the job and they wanted to do less work for money they quoted . Was disappointed they took of tape on interior of my roof and left it there without putting it back . I really need to get this fix I gave him half and then he returned it back . I would have paid more if I had to just to do the job right. A simple job interior roof replace sheet rock if needed not just

patch when the sheet rock was damaged . Was charged $ 500.00 gave half $ 250.00 returned the rest then I received in my email a bill for full amount I can send you a

We had them remove 1 tree that was located very close to the natural gas line to our house. We had them repair a water leak on our irrigation system for our plants and also run a new line to water two additional plants. We also had them trim 6 bushes in which they did a better job than we had done in the past. The tree was removed safely and very professionally. All these items were done the day after I contacted them. They also did some extra cleanup of my yard that they did not bill me for.

I heard nothing but great things about Five Star Painting. When I began working with Arlene Salcido, I knew right away I found my company. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a go getter. She was able to get me on the schedule right away.

Once painting began, Eli and Sergio came and got the job done precisely how I wanted it. They showed up on time or early everyday. Eli made sure he communicated with me on what I wanted done when they got there daily. He even helped me pick out a color for my hallway.

I never had to worry about anything. Arlene and her team did an amazing job on the inside of my house. 12/10 recommend

I want to make this short, I will not use the name that worked on my home. Fast talker, false promises, craftsmanship not consistent.

Requested a quote to repair minor damage on ceiling. Javier was prompt in getting me a quote at a very reasonable price compared to other companies. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule that same week I received the quote. He was on time the day of the repair and laid out floor covering through out the house to ensure he left the floor free of any debris. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him for future painting projects.

I do not hesitate recommending Hector Borges and team to anyone needing a professional Painting job in a timely manner, He takes pride in his work and doesn't hesitate to return if any touch up needs to be done. Have hired this company for the third time. Prices are always fair, work is always meticulous and professional and work is punctual. I will always use them for my painting needs.

If I could leave zero I would. Hired him for painting but had an emergency and needed to hold for a month on the project I asked him to bring back my little can of paint that I had saved to do touchups inside my house and he ignored me for three days. Finally answering me. It was completely rude. Tell me that he didn't know why I needed to get the paint back when I had the color and I could just go get paint when it's my paint. I will not be using this company and I do not recommend it.

I can't say enough about how happy and delighted I am with Javier's work! He painted most of the interior of my home, and it's gorgeous!! He does excellent work, pays attention to detail, and is wonderful to work with! I will call Javier every time I need paint done on my home - I highly recommend Valparaiso Painting!!

Five Star is great! We have had work done before by Five Star and the quality of their work never diminishes. Their painters are pros, very considerate, and even helped my mom move an item in her home when she wasn't feeling well one of the days. Their pricing is fair and great for the value. Trustworthy, considerate and friendly.

Sheetrock repairs and texture are not strong points for this company. They repaired a crack in our kitchen and then tried match the texture. They were unsuccessful in matching the texture and did not color match the paint. We had another drywall company come in to redo the texture and then called Five Star back to paint the area that had been repaired. We bought our own computer color-matched paint. The attached photos show that the paint was not applied over the whole textured area. We are now looking for a painter.

We had a crack in our ceiling from our house settling which required some drywall/texture work. Jorge Campos stated his company could fix this. It turns out the texture was sprayed right up to the plastic curtain they had placed causing a line, step and uneven finish which was very noticeable and unsightly. Jorge told me the only way to fix this was to retexture the whole ceiling including adjacent rooms ( the kitchen ceiling is adjacent to the den/breakfast area/dining room) . In addition, he chose a paint color that did not come even close to the existing paint color in the rest of the room even though my husband had asked him to color match the paint at Sherwin Williams. Jorge told my husband that computer color matching never works well. I had to pay another contractor to fix the drywall/texture. In addition my husband took some painted texture from our ceiling to Sherwin Williams to color match the paint which despite what Jorge had said did work well to match the paint. We purchased the paint ourselves ( a little over 50 dollars) . Trying to do the right thing, knowing Jorge had had one of his team members originally at our house many hours working on the drywall/texture trying unsuccessfully to fix it, I told Jorge I would pay him and asked him to proceed with painting the kitchen ceiling in order to have it done before a family gathering. Note we had already paid another contractor to fix the drywall. I did not think I had time to get another painter to come out in time to have the ceiling painted before my family gathering. Jorge only deducted 125 dollars from his original bid of 525 dollars but I also had to pay the other drywall contractor 600 dollars to fix the drywall disaster Jorge's team had created. After repainting the kitchen ceiling, and the paint had dried, I noticed Jorge's painter missed an area of the ceiling and Jorge was not willing to send the painter out to complete painting this area. Jorge was very argumentative, unprofessional, and not willing to even come out and look at the area despite me continuing to try to work with him and paying him, despite not fixing the drywall/texture correctly and me having to pay more than double what I originally was quoted ( 1050 dollars vs the original quote of 525 dollars). Wanting the job done before my big family event is unfortunateIy what led me to continue to work with Jorge even though his team was not able to perform drywall/ texture work well and he did not match the paint correctly. I just wanted the job done before my family event and did not feel I could get another painter out in time. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I use them again!!

Jorge and his team are professional, clean, expert at completing our painting project. They painted our entire main house as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Highly recommend, will be using them for fire bedroom and laundry room projects. Thank you!excellent work!fabulous people!

The amount of damage Certapro painters caused to my home is tantamount to vandalism. They do not prepare the house for painting by using tarp to cover windows or painters tape to cover fixtures. So paint is all over the windows, brick, concrete, door sills, door handles. You name it. They use a spray gun to paint the house so the quality is extremely poor. In the process, they will leave deep scratches in glass windows and cracks because they are plain sloppy and careless. The mess they will also leave behind for the homeomer to claean. I want everyone to know that the negative reviews are justified and sadly truly represent how horrible Certapro of El Paso is. A final word to the wise. Certapro of El Paso will scam you, damage your home, and not honor any warranty or pay for repairs.

JR Painting provided a reasonable estimate, performed the work timely and his team were professional. The end result was a great looking home. Highly recommend.

Thrilled I listened to yelp reviews. From the first conversation to completing our project, the process was smooth and quick. Arlene was very helpful with my estimate and throughout the whole process. Ivan, our painter, was efficient and did a wonderful job. We painted about 60-70% of our house and Ivan completed it in only 3 days! I felt the price was very fair and they were willing to work with our budget.

I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!
