I am extremely impressed by TCS! They are responsive, professional, prompt and very organized. I was very pleased with the cleaning and their attention to detail. Although they were there to clean my home, I asked if they would be able to add the washing/cleaning of my windows and without hesitation, they said yes! My home and windows, have not looked that clean in a while! I will definitely call them again. Thank you TCS and look forward too seeing you all again.

After calling multiple local cleaning services we chose TCS initially for their quick and kind response to our needs of move out cleaning for our rental. NOW we are more than happy with this company. They are prompt&detailed. They did everything we asked and more, cleaning from top to bottom. We will continue to use this company as we obtain new tenants as well as even consider their regular cleaning in our own home! Highly recommended

Had a "move out" cleaning service done on my 4 bedroom home I was renting, some hiccups arose but total cleaning made sure everything was taken care of. Effective communication, top notch cleaning, friendly team and professional all around. Would recommend to anyone in need of a clean home.

Just had my house cleaned by them and they did a great job! Had some things they missed in the kitchen but after voicing my concerns and sending them pictures they came back out to fix those errors. Scheduled this while I was still out of town and had awesome communication with Valerie from the time of scheduling, a few days before my appointment and after to address my concerns. Would recommend!

I appreciated that when I called to inquire about services, Raul was patient and gave me the opportunity to ask all of the questions I wanted to ensure that he could meet my house cleaning needs. Before coming to the house he gave me a detailed chart of all of the services that would be performed, as well as an exact total for the job. Raul and his employees were respectful and polite throughout their visit to my home. They got to work right away and listened to any instructions or concerns I had. My husband and I were especially impressed with their window cleaning, it looks like my windows are open they are so clean! Total Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my house. They were timely and Raul was very responsive and able to set up my cleaning right away. I will definitely be using their services again.

EDIT: Communication has been horrible since the initial cleaning. I set up monthly cleanings yet still had to contact them and didn't get responses for days. Made me feel like I was bothering them with my business. When they did show up the cleaning was good but not worth the hassle of the lack of communication and not showing up when they stated they would.

Amazing is all i can say. We hired total cleaning to get all our windows cleaned. I only heard good things about this company and let me tell they did not disappoint. We had our initial deep clean appt today. Workers were on time and got to work right away. Overall it was a good job but once we did the walk through we did need them to re clean the mirrors in all the rooms and some of the furniture again due to it still looking dusty. They did a very good job on the windows throughout the house inside and out.

Your team was incredibly thorough! Cleaning crew arrived on time and we then reviewed our expectations and they got to work. Very trusting, polite, and oh is it clean! I had a pretty good experience - I had a total home cleaning including windows. Price was a bit high, but it was worth it. The staff are friendly and fairly detail oriented. They arrived slightly before scheduled, which was fine with me. As soon as they arrived they began immediately cleaning. I'd trust them in my home without anyone home if I had them coming on a regular basis.

Only negative experience I had was that I had asked to please pull out some of my movable furniture pieces to clean behind, and they were not finished by the final walk through. The issue was resolved quickly though.

Just had our house cleaned today and are super happy with how it came out. Our carpet looks fantastic and they were able to get the marks off my walls from my kids. The kitchen appliances look like new again and it only took a couple hours to clean! 4bdrm house with 3 bathrooms! Cannot wait to use them again, highly recommended!!! They were also very nice and professional!!
