Last year I hired Anson to do some landscaping and build a pergola. It was an experience that I dreaded. They did correct some things I was not happy with but the job was never completed. First off, I paid for an inspection which never occurred, I paid for a cover for my sprinkler pumps and this has not happened and lastly the stain along the sidewalk and pergola concrete started deteriorating shortly after it’s application. They promised to come back to restain and place a cover for my pumps. I’ve text, called the company and owner. I have every text saved to prove that for one year nothing has been done except to restain the front steps. That took a month of fighting. Unfortunately during this time I found out I have cancer and I cannot keep fighting this company. They also never came back to fully clean the work areas. We even had to clean up after a company they subcontracted. The pergola pitch is not in the position I wanted it but the steel posts were already made. This is not a cheap venture! You will need to repeatedly remind them what you paid for and even then may have to prove it to them. I’d like my money back for a city inspection, pump cover and the staining for the sidewalk area and pergola. Of course they don’t give you a price for each item so who knows what a refund would be. Also, if you aggravate the concrete man be prepared to be called bad names in Spanish by his crew. Our neighbors were shocked by their words. Overall, the job is passable but not for the price charged and not for incomplete work.

Called about warranty on turff and was told someone would come to see it. Has not happened in 2 months.

First off, they come to your home and set up shop for hours like they're your BFF and basically don't take no for an answer. Then they say they will communicate with you and that the lead will go over things with you but they don't unless you go above them and call customer service. The wall quality was fair which for the price is disappointing. The retaining wall we wanted was built too far from our home so it is not retaining anything, it's essentially a free standing wall. Their sidewalk work is okay but they stamped and colored our front stairs when I specifically asked them not too. It took them a very long time to finish the side wall to our stairs which I really don't think they intended to do but they realized they messed up. Now we are left with huge gaps between the wall and the house and 47k in debt. I regret going with this company.

Waste of time. Made appointment, spent 1 1/2 hours at my house collecting info., then left me hanging. Never sent me a quote, never answered my emails. Only replied to my texts in broken English to laugh and say they would send me a quote the next day. Same excuse every text. After a month I moved to another contractor. If it wasn't for the other reviews showing pictures that they actually did some work, I would think this company was a scam just to see the layout of your property.

They won't show up to your project, if they even contact you back at all.

Fake website? You don't answer requests.

It’s been 3 months and they cant complete a privacy fence. On top of getting the measurements wrong.

Terrible materials, horrible service.

Anson GC build a metal privacy fence for me that cost me $11,000 and within 3 WEEKS of having the fence and one rainy day it started rusting. I called and spoke to them and sent them pictures and videos of the rusted metal and they said they would call me back to go look at it and it’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them.

Garbage workmanship in both Cement pouring and Turf installation. They had to install the turf twice because of how bad it was. And we just found out it is the WRONG TURF. Yup they installed the incorrect grass. I will include a pic of the "high quality" cement work one can expect.
