We had a very big front yard landscaping project for our house and went through more than a few landscaping companies until we found Green Sights Inc. Roberto was the only one who understood our vision, did not say the job was too big and made expert recommendations to our design. Roberto was extremely easy to work with, stayed in constant communications with us and his quality of work is reflected in our amazing front landscaping. Strangers are constantly stopping by to say how nice everything turned out. We can’t thank Roberto and his teams enough for making our dream come true and would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of landscaping done.

I cannot recommend Green Sights Landscaping enough! I found them on a Google search after calling many other non-responsive landscapers recommended by friends. Green Sights was not only responsive and quick to answer phone calls or text messages but they were amazing to work with. They were responsible and diligent and tidy with their work. They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Their work was superior and I was so happy I kept adding things to their list! They were great to work with and I will continue to recommend them.

We reached out to Green Sights at the recommendation of a friend for a backyard landscaping project which included installation of artificial turf and redoing our raised garden beds (plants, mulch, etc.).

Our experience was exceptional. Robert’s team got to work the Monday after we accepted the quote (we accepted on a Sunday I believe). His team was efficient and professional, and Robert was communicative the entire time. We have future projects in mind for our front yard as budget permits, and we have full intention of utilizing Green Sights again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They said they would be out to do my yard over a week ago. I have tried to call them, left messages, texted them & emailed them. They DO NOT respond to any communications. Terrible customer service, I would NOT recommend!

Smart Lawn installed turf for us 3 years ago and did a beautiful job, so naturally we contacted them when we moved into a new home. I thought it was odd (not to mention unprofessional) that their website directs you to contact them via text vs phone. As a business owner of over 15 years, I can’t fathom asking potential customers to text me... but I went ahead and texted them to request a quote.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response back stating they could send someone out for an estimate the next day. Aaron did show up the next day (8/14) and provided a quote. He said he may be able to do better, but he’d need to let us know the next day. He also stated that they would be able to schedule the work in 2 weeks. Here is the timeline of what happened next:

8/15: No text from Aaron about pricing; I texted him to say we were ok with the initial quote and would like to be scheduled. Aaron responded that they would schedule us in ASAP.

8/21: No further contact. I texted Aaron to ask if they were able to schedule us in. He responded that yes, they could start the installation at the end of the following week. He said he would call on Monday 8/26 to confirm the date.

8/28: No call on Monday and no further contact. I texted Aaron to ask if we were still scheduled for the end of the week. He replied that he would call the following day to let me know where things stood.

9/4: Nearly one week after they were supposed to start the work and after no phone calI, I texted Aaron to say we were going with another company.

So, I wasted over 3 weeks on these yahoos and got an “ok thank you!” When I let them know they lost our business. Apparently, they are so busy that they don’t need a $9000 job.

We just had our artificial turf installed today and we could not be happier! The Smart Lawn was very informative and professional during their estimate and had far better quality turf than the other local companies we met with. It was a no brainer to choose them. As for the installation, they took only two days and it looks phenomenal- they even used their tools to tidy up our front yard after it rained once they were finished. We highly recommended them!

We had this company put a 18x14 concrete pad in our backyard for basketball. The customer service, the price, the professionalism, and the quality of work were all exceptional! I highly recommend them! Their responsiveness was also exceptional and without delay.
