I had a very inefficient sprinkler system that was costing me money on repairs and water bills. Contacted SP & LC to assess my problem and come up with a plan to get me what I needed. They removed my old system, installed a completely new system that runs beautifully. Their crew was prompt and efficient. They left my yard better than it was (they even included a little landscaping). If you want real pros to solve your sprinkler problems and give you peace of mind, you can't find a better company to do the job than SP & LC.

I had a sprinkler system that was leaking quite a bit. I called numerous places and got no answers or follow ups. SP LC answered the call right away and were here within an hour to address the issue. They gave me a GREAT deal on all the things that needed to be replaced for my outdated and complex sprinkler system. They got it done and walked me through the process to make sure I understood what was going on. My sprinkler system that was VERY old runs like new! I will definitely be enlisting them for other project around my house! Reliable, Responsive, at an affordable price!

Mr Acosta is very dependable and efficient. I had programmed my sprinkler system incorrectly and he immediately spotted the problem for me. He adjusted my system times and now I feel relieved it is working properly.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. From my intial contact with the Contract Manager, Jesus to the final product, SP&LC exceeded my expectations. Jesus was exceptionally professional and provided meaningful and helpful recommendations, before, during and at the conclusion of the project. He was fully engaged, always available and provided me with continuous support. SP&LC's crew is some of the hardest working and most professional I have seen. Not only did they do a great job fast, they were pleasant and throughly cleanedup afterwards. Already looking to contract them on another project.

He frequently checked in and provided updates throughout the duration of the project. The price was very reasonable and the end results were beyond my expectations. A bit late on a review but what can I say? SP&LC are very professional and experts in what they do, they helped bring back life to my backyard and in a very timely manner as well 10/10 recommend! Thank you again.

SP & LC was the only landscaper who responded to more than 2 years of searching, mostly through personal contacts, online searches, an yeard then a strange one-time Google review email (only 3 or 4 businesses were listed if I recall. That was about a year ago. The cost estimate was about 2-5X what I had in mind, but Mr. Acosta sent us a series of computer generated (maybe AI enhanced, definitely not to scale) images of both the front and back yards. Beautiful, amazing. When can you finish? "Probably the end of January (2025)." "Maybe a bit longer"
Well, I came home from work soon after and the front yard on the west side of the property was completely demo'd, when we asked him to start with removing the two dead-looking trees.
Long story short, here we are almost a year (and $$$ given to him) later and the back yard is not even completed.
Promises made, work delayed, and now a potentially good customer is dismayed. I have had enough. Not sure why he went from a sparkle in his eye when he talked about his vision for a beautiful little front porch and all of the replacement colors in front, to an over-extended concrete backyard and still no front. His business card for everyone driving by.
He has excellent craftsmen. The work, when he shows up, is very good. But for me, his customer service has turned out as a one star, borderline dishonest, and I believe Jesus Manuel Acosta is basically an honest man. I have no idea why he has lost interest is us, but it's a one star for customer care and five star for the quality. Trust is a key to all good human relationships and this one is frayed. I will post a final review soon, it's up to him how it turns out.

Mr. Acosta and his crew went above and beyond to put our new rock landscape! Outstanding! The rocks match the two tone colors of the house! The job was done before the contract date! They were nice, courteous, respectful, and friendly! Thank you Mr. Acosta and your great company SP & LC!

SPLC Recently did an outstanding job re-sodding my entire backyard as well as constructing a beautiful edging around the perimeter. I was so pleased at how professional and meticulous the workers were. The work was excellent in every respect and I highly recommend them to you.

We had gotten quite a few quotes. These guys were not the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. However, Mr Acosta was the most professional. They came with a crew, worked quickly, Mr. Acosta periodically checked the work being done. He asked us along the way if we were happy. They cleaned up afterwards & did an amazing job of laying our concrete & spreading all the rock around the perimeter. I would highly recommend these guys!

A few weeks ago, I got several leaks throughout my very old landscape irrigation system. I am the original owner of my house and have been in it for over 25 years; hence the irrigation system is just as old. And over the years there have been many reconfigurations adjusting to my overall landscaping requirements, and unfortunately not always done in the best way. So after having quite a few leaks popping up a few weeks ago and all the leaks I had fixed in the past, either patching or replacing poly-pipe and valves I knew it was time to replace the whole system front and backyard. I did my research and found SP & LC Landscape Contractors on the El Paso Better Business Bureau and they had a A+ rating, as well as a 4.7 Star (out of 5), on Google Reviews. SP & LC’s owner Mr. Acosta and a couple of other independent landscaping contractors came by and gave me multiple estimates. However, SP & LC provided the best explanation and estimate and was very thorough in their description of what was going to be done and they guaranteed me that they would not disturb or destroy any of my current shrubs, plants or trees. They also stated that they could provide me with a few replacement shrubs/plants that I had already lost due to my current and bad irrigation system. And their estimate included a total replacement of my current irrigation system and added valves which would give me better control of individual watering zones specific to each type of plant/shrubs needs. And when the work commenced, they showed up on time each and every day and as I observed them do the work was impressed with their work ethics and pride. Take note that they were working in 100+ degree weather almost the entire time. At the end of each workday, they would clean up after themselves and ensure the walkways or thorough fares were clear of debris. And they ensured that my existing plants, trees, and shrubs were well hydrated (manually watered) as the old system had been disconnected in preparation of the new system. Needless to say, as they worked it was quite detailed with a lot of digging trenches to route all the pipes. Well, when the work was totally done (two full weeks, to include one Saturday) and the entire system had been installed to include a new WIFI Irrigation Control System you couldn’t even tell they had been on my property, apart from the new plants that they had replaced. Totally cleaned up and looking great!!! I have to give them kudos for a job well done!!! I am very pleased and highly recommend SP & LC to anyone that might need landscaping and irrigation work done!!!

Last year, I called four different landscapers and none of them called me back. I gave up. This spring, I called SP & LC Landscape Contractors and Jesus called me back immediately. He came to the house and helped me decide what would look nice. Within two weeks, the trees, plants and landscaping were finished. I was so happy with the job, I asked if they could do more in the backyard. The backyard was finished within two days!

My husband and I are very happy with our landscaping and plan on using SP & LC for any future landscaping jobs. I highly recommend SP & LC to anyone looking to landscape their yard. They are professional, fast and reasonably priced. And working with Jesus was a pleasure!

I HIGHLY recommend their services. I needed a complete weed removal of about 1,000sq ft. In one day they got all of the giant stalks from the weeds out in the back yard (some two inches thick). The second day they came they did the front yard and removal of all trash. The owner and crew members were so professional and kind. I cannot believe the attention to detail they had. The owner was able to work within my budget which I thought was fantastic. I will be using this company for other services to give my backyard a complete make over. Thank you again!

I contacted SP&LC, Mr. Acosta, in the morning on a Saturday in reference to a leaky drip line and sprinkler heads that needed replacing. That same day, in the afternoon, he provided me with answers / solutions to my sprinkler issues. His technician was able to start that same afternoon which was an added bonus.
The work completed was excellent and done in a timely manner. Mr. Acosta checked in on the technician to ensure quality work, as well as answer any questions or concerns that I had.
I will definitely use SP&LC for future repairs / installations.

We had such a wonderful experience with this FCL! They built our pool fence and sunken fire pit, and we absolutely love how everything turned out. The team was so professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We’d happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
