Think Roof did a porch extension and a full yard remodel for us, and the results are excellent. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly and the plan stayed on track. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently without cutting corners.

The porch extension came out clean and solid, and the yard remodel completely changed the look and feel of the space. Everything flows well and looks well built. Overall, good communication, quality work, and no runaround. Would definitely recommend Think Roof.

My experience working with Think roof was great! It's hard to find contractors that you can trust in and they're definitely one of them. Very happy with the work they did. Artificial turf, rock wall, concrete, and an outdoor bar. All turned out better than expected. The crew was professional and easy to work with. My backyard looks completely transformed.

First impressions were very professional, he recommended us to finance companies and got us estimate fast! Decent work but there was uncompleted work. Me and my husband had to clean up after them, my husband had to paint over unfinished spots on the privacy fence, they stoled our shovel (i mean who cares right? $18 shovel) but yeah when we asked if they took it he only said “he would ask his people” never heard from him then we constantly had to text for status. He basically wanted to meet his contractual policies to not get into any lawsuits it seemed like. He wanted us to sign completion form with it just being 60% done. I wasn’t satisfied with stepping stones and he basically told us paying customers to go to the hardware store and return them and Install them ourselves.. mind you that’s why we hired them since my husband works out of town so he never has time. Super disappointing and very rude! If you want to get for what you pay for I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to finish at your satisfaction.

Our porch extension came out beautiful. From the beginning we felt that George was listening to our wants and needs. All that was promised was delivered. Concerns we had during the process were immediately addressed to our satisfaction.

6/13/2024- Need to take back my five stars after having to pay another painter $600 to strip the paint and repaint the cement slab. George's men used paint not intended for cement.
In addition, a small portion of the porch floor needed to be cemented which George agreed to pour. A problem arose when In the process of stripping original paint, chunks of the surface flaked off, leaving unsightly pit marks. Appears cement was not mixed properly.
George was made aware of the problem, said he would send someone to evaluate, but never heard from him again.

I have to change my review. At first I was very thankful for him getting an air conditioner installed on my parents home who had been without air for a couple years and it was a lot of work to install.

Then the problems started with the water line and someone came out a couple times to patch it up because it kept leaking.

It started leaking again (water line had a hole in it) and then the air was just blowing hot air on a 101 degree day. I reached out and was told that my 70 year old parents are getting on the roof and messing with the water line and no one would be out until next week to look at it. WTH. The same water line that was defective and patched up since the day it was installed. I reached out to both George and Mike the guy he hired to install and well they were both sarcastic and George said a water line doesn’t just mess up. Ok. Yeah and when I pay $3000 I shouldn’t get a leaking water line installed and a generic water pump that went out in a couple months. I had to hire someone to come out because you cannot leave 70 year olds without any kind of air.

At first I would have highly recommended them but obviously once you pay that’s the end of the customer service relationship.
