The plumbers were very professional and did an excellent job. My Master bedroom shower was leaking and they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom was fixed as well. I would use these young men for all my plumbing needs. Yes, I am very happy.

They did great work replacing our water heater. Very friendly and kind and explained everything. It was done in a timely manner and pricing was good. I will definitely be calling them back again for any plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend prime tech plumbing!

Our tankless water heater went out on us after 20 years of usage. And of course it happened about 4:45 PM, on the coldest evening El Paso had a couple weeks ago. Then we saw Primetech Plumbing’s TV commercial which highlighted their experience installing tankless water heaters. I called immediately and spoke with Ivan Piñon, the owner. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and needed to make a quick decision. Based on his suggestions, we were able to select a replacement model which was a wonderful upgrade for our home and had it installed
within one day. Just a great group of professionals to work with, we 100% recommend Primetech for anyone considering a tankless water heater or repairing/replacing an existing system. Customer service is excellent and labor costs were very reasonable. You will be very satisfied with this company.

We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. They were there same day, only a couple hours after calling. They quickly found the issue, and recommended other things we could do to prevent it in the future. Will definitely be calling them again next time

Had an appointment set up with a time window from 9AM to 11AM. I reached out at 10:30 to confirm. I didn’t get a call or text back. No show either.
