I used pronto plumbers about 20 years ago, and they were honest and courteous then, so today when I had huge problem with the main line and water everywhere inside my house, I tried them first. The call wasn’t guaranteed because they had a busy morning and close at 2:00, so I added my name to the queue but shopped around. In case the couldn’t come. I called a few places. One guy was grumpy on the phone and at another place the receptionist never returned my call when I asked for an hourly price. I got worried with all of the bad reviews at those places and decided to hope they could fit me in or just wait till Monday.
Pronto Plumbers were excellent 20 years later as well! The person answering the call was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. The two gentlemen who came to fix my problem, Victor and Ivan, were profesional and courteous as well.
Pronto Plumbers charge a flat hourly rate for the first hour so I was a little apprehensive about the job would going over the hour... They were finished in about 35 minutes and even had time to run a line through my slow flowing toilet which I’d been wanting to get check. These guys were honest, fast and super courteous. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you!!!

Awesome experience. Our water heater gave out, I called around different places, but Pronto Plumbers was the best. Receptionist was helpful and happy to help. They came same-day, had the most competitive quote and installed same-day. All workers were professional, kind, and courteous. Glad to know about this little gem. Thank you!

Owning a 100 year old House is worry enough but as a Retiree, these worries are multiplied. Add to this a Plumbing Emergency (with Sewage) and you can only imagine our Nightmare?
We got two Estimates, both of which revealed the dreaded collapse of the Original (Ancient) Clay Sewer Pipes under our large backyard. Both Plumbing Companies were Professional but Pronto's Crew not only were very skilled as the length of our Problem emerged but the Care they gave us in each Step as the problems emerged was extraordinary too. Because our Home predated Government Records, the City was totally unsure of even which Direction from our Home the Sewer flowed.
Luckily, Pronto's Front Office took over, did their careful Research and made sure that their Plans were done Right the 1st. Time.
And each step of the Way, their on Site Crew took the Time to explain each and every Cost, Choice and Benefits which helped us to make those important Decisions correctly the FIRST TIME too. From that 1st. impossible Day, Victor (Pronto's Owner) followed up on each and every Step of this difficult and complicated Fix. It became immediately clear that at Pronto Plumbing, the Professionalism and Skills flow from the Top down! Every single Member of his Team was as Concerned as Victor and you can imagine how this turned our Homes worst Disaster into a Fix that we are positive will last the next 100 Years!!
