They did a great job cleaning our bins. When I called to schedule the appointment, the person that answered the call was very professional and helpful. They sent a truck to our address almost within the hour and that person did a great job. We’re now on a recurring service plan since the service is well priced.

When they first started service was excellent. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. When I informed customer service I was not happy with the service they thanked me and told me to feel free to reach out with anymore concerns. I canceled my service and told them that was an acceptable response. Never did get the service I paid for and expected based on previous services received. The bin was cleaned but not deodorized

Having dirty bins in this 100 degree weather is rough, it smells bad and makes things sticky and stinky. This service was professional and they didn’t leave any dirty water behind. Our bins were cleaned and deodorized inside and outside, I definitely recommend.

I emailed the company pertaining to trash being left at the end of the driveway along with the bins after service. Never heard back from them. Overall, the service is good. They clean the bins, but they don’t clean up after themselves. Overall satisfied with how the bins look after service.

I’ve been using King Bins for about a year now, and I’m so glad I signed up. They show up like clockwork on garbage day—before the bins have a chance to fill up again—and leave them looking (and smelling) brand new.

Aside from paying the super easy electronic invoice, I don’t have to do a thing.
