Roger Romero Roofing

Mr Romero was highly recommended by my the appraiser for my insurance company. When she asked me who was going to repair your roof, and I said Roger Romero Roofing, she not only gave me the approval in one hour but also told me we like working with them and would give a full roof replacement and to take it because Mr. Romero does a great job! Indeed, I found the case to be true. He was timely, professional, courteous, and knew how to work with the appraisers. He texts (!) and for a busy person like myself, it helps! He finished the project exactly when he told me, and I did refer my neighbor as well. Everytime I have had hail, he not only checks it, but also does it quickly...all I need to do is text him. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with a professional as him and his company. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent roofing company! Very professional and honest. Has done work on three of my homes and his work is consistently of high quality. His employees are respectful and get the job done and never leave debris behind. I highly recommend this company. I have never experienced any roof leaks after they work on my homes. Thank you Roger Romero and staff!

I am so disappointed in the service, or lack there of, that I am receiving from this company. I hired them to redo my roof and less than a year later it is leaking in several places. I have been trying to contact this company for 3 weeks to no avail because Roger Romero will not return my calls, emails or texts. Please do not consider hiring this company unless you want to find yourself in a similar situation.

Disgusting and sad. Roger Romero Roofing is the wrong choice for our growing El Paso market!
