Salesman was extremely pushy after my mom said no thank you several times. He kept insisting and insisting to see an electric bill. At the end finally when my mom said no again, he said "good luck with the electric company."

As we say in Spanish "Lo Barato Sale Caro". Awful experience. Was told 2-3 weeks to have my service going on 3 months and still waiting. Lack of communication, office and sales rep state someone will be showing up or calling and neither happens. Technicians/installers not bringing proper equipment to work with and having to return several times causing delay in City and EPEC inspections. Tech/Installers install used non working breakers opposed to new breakers.

Things started off good. Then the estimate came. Not a bad estimate, but I was a little worried because I was getting estimates much higher. I asked for the measurements zehra took just to be sure. I wanted a 37’ by 30 ‘ pergola with a pitch roof and artificial turf on the bottom same size area as the pergola. Turns out zehra measured wrong and had a 27’ by 30’ pergola and artificial turf. That explains the lower price from Zehra. They remeasured and submitted the plans to the city for approval. Came back denied in two days because the city only allows these structures to be 50%or less than the square footage of your main floor of your house. So Zehra said I had to go with a 28’ by 28’ pergola. Why did Zehra not know this city code and tell me before hand?
So Zehra resubmitted to the city the new plans. In the meantime they started the landscape while the city approved or denied the permit. Cement truck came and made a mess on the empty lot next to my house. Screening was dumped on the empty lot next to my house. Dirt was wheel barreled to the street in front of my house. Landscaping was done without the artificial turf because they wanted to wait for the pergola to get built first. According to Zehra the permit was not approved until almost two months later. But the first one was denied in two days.
So almost two and a half Months later my yard is done. The mess they left is a different story. There is still a pile of screening that was left over. Still trash and cement debris left. And my artificial turf has potholes and uneven spots. Also the crease marks are very visible and the turf just looks like an amateur job. The pergola is beautiful though. Not the size I wanted.
The overall experience was no good. I will not recommend this company to anyone. And by the way the price was never reduced even though the finished product was smaller than originally quoted.
