My name is Eric Alva, I was the first American injured in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am sharing my personal information because I want everyone to understand how authentic this review is. I cannot brag enough about A-OK Services. We were first introduced to them by our home warranty assigning them to us for some repair work. Well just a few weeks ago, we decided to finally replace our system and we had no doubt but to go with A-OK. We are so fortunate and blessed that Toni and his crew did such a superb job. Always professional and communicated every detail to us. I highly recommend A-OK Services. Truly awesome!!

A-OK Services is a fantastic company! Thursday night our AC began to fail. It would run continuously but would not cool. I’ve had nothing but problems with my AC system and had planned on a complete AC replacement within a month. The same thing had happened to my unit a couple months ago and l had a different company come out for an inspection. That company said I had a leak and needed to refill the refrigerant. They quoted me an absurd amount. I decided against the repair and they assured me the refrigerant top-off would last me a year. It didn’t. So this time I called Toni from A-OK services. I’m glad I did! I stated to Toni I wanted a refrigerant refill and not to fix the leak, since I was planning to get a whole new unit soon. Toni told me about the special he was having on new Ac systems, I started thinking here comes the hard sales pitch. But no, while he was very informative about what a new unit would offer, he explained that my unit was still in good shape and recommended that I repair it. It’s so refreshing to come across an honest company whose main concern is the customer and not the filling of their own wallets. Within 24 hours of my system going down Toni responded and repaired it for much less than I expected to pay. Toni was friendly, punctual, informative, honest and made me feel like he wanted my business. Toni and A-OK Services has gained a customer for life. Thank you A-OK services!!!

I was referred to A-OK and decided to give them a try. My tenant removed the air filter on my unit for ~4 months and I needed a thorough inspection of my unit to make sure no severe damage was caused to my system. Abner was great, extremely detailed, skilled, pleasant, and honest. Thank you A-OK, I'm your customer from here on out.

A OK really makes you feel A OK. Hardly ever put out a review but Truly feel like A OK need a shout out.Wanted to Thank ABNER for the great work and service he had performed when he came and serviced my Ac. He has a great heart and really a great person. He explained to me and showed me how to service and prolong my ac and took the time to make sure I understood. Tony a Man of his word hornered the warranty and truly made sure his me and my family were taken care of. Very impressed and wanted to Thank the AOk team for everything. Our technician was very thorough and efficient when diagnosing the issue with our heating unit. He also replaced our old mechanical thermostat with a newer nicer model. Overall we are very happy with the service.

Toni came out and did my first service of the year. He explained what he saw thoroughly and in a way it was easy to understand. The company set me up so they'll come out again for the fall service.

Toni with A-OK Services arrived as scheduled. He quickly analyzed the system and provided his assessment. After getting the needed parts, he had them quickly installed and added the necessary coolant to bring the system back up to pressure. Have used A-OK before and was just as satisfied. Good work, quick service, and A-Ok prices (relatively speaking).

I am very please with all the work that Tony & his guys did today. Tony is a very knowledgeable, and respectable person that not only knows but explains everything so I was able to understand all that was done. My great thanks to him !!

We just purchased our home and we noticed house wasn’t cooling and till it went to 85! we had to call someone and my sister recommended A-ok and let me tell you about the Amazing work and they have affordable financing options and with our house being at 85 and up. when he inspected the home he noticed what’s wrong and he informed us that it was 15 year old ac unit and so the best option was to get it all repaired at once versus repairing and possibly something else messing up. we are extremely happy we now have a working ac unit within 3 days of being in extreme heat pictures of all the work that was done. I recommend them for all the HVAC work

A OK Services LLC was amazing to work with. I just bought my condo in December and it leaked on to the carport beneath my condo. It was a 21 year old unit and was missing a drip pan. A OK came out and gave me options to repair or replace and I choose to replace. They worked with my Board to follow all the rules and paperwork and I’m so happy with my new system. I’m so happy to have peace of mind with the added drip pan and water detection auto shut off. Toni and his entire team were professional, understanding and friendly.
