Our dryer stopped heating out of nowhere and I was dreading the bill. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The tech was friendly, honest, and got it working in about 45 minutes. You've got a customer for life.

Excellent work. The appliance repair man who came out was a true professional, clean, courteous, and clearly knew ovens inside and out. Got ours baking evenly again after months of frustration. Highly recommended.

Elite Appliance Repair came out and fixed our dishwasher the same morning I called.

They were completely professional but extremely overpriced so the service fee is 105 i thought kind of high but ok my knob is broke quoted 258 to fix that is what i paid for dryer. Unfair pricing for real. So paid fee and feel robbed.

Just spoke with staff over the phone with a question about our washer. On the other day, he went to my house and he completed the repair within 15 minutes and gave me some tips to keep my unit running smoothly. Overall, I will call this company for any future appliance repair needs.

I called this company for the first time today to inquire about the availability of a part and potentially book a service call. When you dial, there is an automated prompt that says “please press 1 to speak with an appliance repair specialist.” That is the only option. I pressed 1 and a gentleman answered who, well, did not appear to be interested in assisting. I asked if they had a part available, and he explained he could not check on that. I kindly explained that I understand, but the conundrum is I was looking for someone who has the part available now, rather than a company that comes and reviews, orders the part, and then comes back a week later (it’s a refrigerator part, so food is sitting in coolers in the interim). Right after I explained that and asked if there was any way he could help me pin down whether the part is available, the gentleman said “good luck with that” and hung up. I called back and, unfortunately, the only prompt option led me right back to him. Maybe he was having a bad day, so I asked if he was ok. He said he felt the conversation was over, so he ended it. When I asked if I could speak with a superior to try to help the company better serve potential customers, he said I couldn’t speak with anyone. I calmly asked “are you the owner?” He said no, and then said “just call someone else.” Then he hung up again.

That’s the kind of service this company offers, so it probably doesn’t bode well if you ultimately get a repair tech on the line or to come out. Other companies I have called since have been much more helpful.

They use a dispatch service in Rockwall, Texas that route you to a company in the ZIP Code you live in and you can never get back to the same company more than once. I tried to cancel a service call. I called the number four times and got four different companies. Do not use these people. They do not have it together.

Wonderful experience. The guys were able to figure out the issue and get it resolved. I Would highly recommend using them.

Showed up on time and did the work efficiently. Very quick and cleaned up inches was done.

Thanks to ProStar for a job well done, the technician doing the work knew exactly what to do. The whole job took about an hour, replacing the compressor. very pleased and recommend.
