This company has demonstrated extremely unprofessional service. Home Depot had to get back involved over 8 hours of phone calls They scheduled my washer repair appointment for the wrong day, and it took over four hours for anyone to answer the phone so I could reschedule. After the new appointment was set, ProStar failed to show up. They did not answer their phone, respond to text messages, or provide any updates. Christina T. offered no communication or assistance, and the technician was a complete no-show.

Due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and service, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and pursuing a claim in small claims court.

I would say that I have found those whom I can trust with my appliances! Our refrigerator stopped cooling completely and we began to look for someone who could help us solve our problem with the refrigerator. My wife’s friend recommended ProStar Appliance Repair Company to us, she said that recently a technician from ProStar repaired their unit in one day and she was delighted! And we decided to trust them, although we could not find many reviews about their work, but as they say, we were advised by a friend who had already experienced their service. I'm not entirely sure what they did, but they explained that there wasn't enough freon in the refrigerator system to keep it cool. The guys quickly solved this problem and literally after 6-8 hours our refrigerator began to cool even better than before. Thanks to ProStar for your professional approach!

Dishonest company. I have an extended warranty through Home Depot. My Samsung all in one washer dryer unit stopped drying my clothes and halfway through the cycle would make a really loud noise. The technician, Vladimir came out and admitted that he had never worked on this machine before. He began looking up videos on what to do. After about 45 minutes he told me that he thought that it was the compressor and someone from Samsung would be out to fix it and he would put all of that in his report for the insurance company. A few days later I get an email stating that it was a maintenance issue and that it isn't covered. I called them and they said that is what the technician said. He lied. I don't know if this company gets paid more to not find problems or what but I would steer clear of this dishonest company!
