Constraction reviews in Euless, Texas

SPC Construction is very professional and did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were very responsive and communicated well the entire process beginning to end. I reccomend Dennis and SPC to friends and will use them again myself should I ever have roofing needs in the future.

We had to address a few gutter issues after we added a new patio cover to our home. I called SPC Construction & Roofing based on a few reviews I read on yelp. SPC is an excellent company to work with, we had a great experience working with Dennis.
They came out and did an estimate in a very timely manner, the estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. They scheduled my work and showed up as planned, finished on schedule and left the work area clean and tidy. If you are looking to get it right the first time around I would highly recommend you give them a call.

During the stress of a bad hail storm, SPC was right there the next day helping us resolve our roof damage. I called them the day of the storm and they were at the house the next morning ready to help. It was our first claim and they were instrumental in walking us through all the steps and very patient as we waited on the checks from insurance. During instal day their large crew was in and out in one day! They were tidy with the job and cleaned up nicely. We were very impressed. They also helped replace our gutter, a window and a few window screens. Working with them was very easy and took a lot off our plate. Highly recommend them! A great family owned business!

They arrived when they said they would. They did 100% of the work as described. They were neat and respectful of my property. Their work is amazing. The roof looks so great. The workers were polite. They cleaned up everything. Absolutely the best roof tear-off and new roof I have ever lived through. My house roof looks BEAUTIFUL.

Outstanding roofing company. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Very professional and very knowledgeable. The roofing crew was incredible. They helped us with a denied claim from our insurance company too! They also do construction and gutters and we were very satisfied!

We could not have been happier with our DECRA shake re-roofing process.
My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge, honesty, and professionalism of Jonathan and the team at SPC construction and roofing!

The crew was there on time, finished everything in a timely manner, were kind and accommodating, and did an amazing cleaning job during and at the end of the project!

These are class guys and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!"

Thank you SPC construction and roofing for the outstanding service!

SPC Roofing was a first class operation from day one. Mike, the project manager, was outstanding. He came by the house many times to work with the insurance adjuster, help pick out shingles, and check on the crews. He immediately responded to any issues I had including changing the roof vents. The roofing crew was unbelievable. We have a steep roof and they completed the job in 3 days, cleaned everything up and went the extra mile. The gutter crew also did an outstanding job and took one day. I highly recommend SPC. I have received several compliments on how good the roof looks. They are a local, family owned company that will service your roofing needs well after the crews have left.

Had a new roof installed and I couldn't be happier. SPC did a wonderful job, and working with Dennis Hudson was a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he and SPC take great pride in their work. They started and finished on time, ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards, and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend the company.

SPC did a great job on our home! Dennis was professional, thorough and always on time. He communicated with us throughout the entire job. Roberto and his crew were polite and efficient. They even tightened up a neighbor’s gutter next to our yard at no extra charge! I highly recommend SPC as an excellent contractor who takes care of details and does great work! Kudos to Jonathan Shaw, Dennis Hudson and the entire team.

This is my second time to use SPC Construction and Roofing to replace my roof due to hail damage.

Dennis takes it upon himself to meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure they capture all of the damage to your home. He is able to work with other contractors to address damage to your fence, siding, gutters and any other damage that you might incur. His crew is timely and professional and their work is top notch. Dennis keeps you informed throughout the process and deals with the insurance company directly if additional items are discovered. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with SPC….. the are simply the best!!!

SPC did an outstanding job with my storm restoration project. They worked with my insurance company and were even able to find quite a few things missed by the insurance inspector. They coordinated the repairs to my roofing, gutters, windows, and fence. All the work was completed on time and I am very impressed with their work. I definitely recommend this company!!

After three months of research and talking to many roofing companies in the DFW area, DECRA referred us to Mr. Jonathan Shaw at SPC Construction & Roofing. He is a roofing specialist who listens, understands the needs of his clients, and provides exceptional customer service by providing the best possible options, products and service to his customers. With a full time project manager on the site and specialized metal roof installers, Jonathan still came out and checked the progress personally each day. In three days time we had a beautiful roof that drastically improved the looks and value of our property. We thank Jonathan and his crew for the professional job they did from start to finish!

Darren was super easy to work with in replacing the roof on my rental house in McKinney. Roof recommendations helped in choosing the right roof for the home. Great communication sending updates along with way. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

5 stars for SPC Construction & Roofing

I received cosmetic/marring damage from the 2024 Memorial Day hail storm to my DECRA stone-coated steel roof. A representative from a roofing company (not SPC) knocked on my door and was convinced I had damage and that insurance would provide a new roof. After dragging my feet for a while and being skeptical of companies that show up at your doorstep to solicit services, I finally decided to contact a few companies in the area for free estimates.

I had three businesses come by and inspect the roof. Two of the three agreed with the initial company that my roof would qualify for a new roof. Any of the three that suggested a new roof, including the one that initially solicited service, probably would have done a fine job, but I went with SPC. Each company suggested a different brand of metal roof with their own pros/cons, which made the process of choosing one a little more difficult. At least for me, I don't feel qualified to understand these differences. However, they did each say that they would install whatever brand we wanted. Ultimately, SPC had suggested DECRA, which again is what we already had, and it had performed well for 22 years, so we went with them. Further, Jonathan, the owner, and his team were very pleasant in their pitch, including committing to helping with issues that went beyond the storm damage. We've had issues with rodents and squirrels in the attic, and they promised to ensure the roof would no longer be a source of entry.

Throughout the process, Jonathan worked closely and directly with the insurance company to ensure they covered all damage. He took care of all of this. When the time came to perform the work, the guys were great. They removed my existing metal roof and underlying wood shakes and installed new roof decking in one day. It took about 4-5 more days to install the new metal roof, and the gutters followed a few days later. During this time, they did address areas of the fascia that needed repair and replaced an area of siding that had damage - all beyond the scope of the insurance claim. Chris, the project manager, and Darren, and Jonathan would stop by often to check and monitor the status. I would even see Jonathan walking around picking up trash and debris, actively demonstrating his commitment to excellence and quality.

After it was done, I was present when the city inspector came by. He stared at the roof for a while and was very impressed at the work. Additionally, we contacted a wildlife removal company to get more advice and an estimate on how to resolve the attic rodent problem. The representative was also impressed by the work, and had no roof-related recommendations that would prevent critter entry; the roof is sealed up.

I'm hopeful the roof continues to perform as good as it looks, but I'm confident SPC would return to address any issues that arise. I would highly recommend SPC Construction and Roofing and would gladly use them again.

I was very satisfied with my experience from scheduling the estimate, to getting the work done, everything went very smooth. I am glad SPC Construction & Roofing was willing to do my roof replacement. Had a hard time finding anyone before contacting Darren Wells with SPC. Great communication by the Project Manager Darren Wells. SPC did quality work in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend SPC Construction & Roofing to others.

Terrible experience with this company. They replaced my hail damaged roof however it leaked. They refused multiple times to address thier poor quality work. I have all the emails supporting my claim. Today I am paying another company out of my pocket to replace the damage caused by water leaking into my home for the last 2 years.

SPC was one of 3 roofing companies my insurance company recommended for quality, honesty and results. I had 2 out to my house after and big storms.
Dennis from SPC stood out for his knowledge and straightforward communication. I didn't need a new roof for another couple of years. After another storm and wind damage, Dennis and SPC came out and quickly repaired the roof and determined it was time had come to replace it. They guided me through the process and worked closely with my insurance. They had great communication and were always on time and responsive. They did a great job! A huge shout out to Dennis, Chris, Ryan and the whole crew.

As a result of hail damage in the spring of 2024, Jonathan at SPC persistently worked with our insurance company to identify the damage to the roof and support the claims process. After approval of the claim, SPC promptly scheduled the tear-off and replacement of the new metal roofing material. The whole process was handled very professionally and completed on schedule with a high-level of quality. As a homeowner, it was a a good experience and I would highly recommend SPC to anyone else needing a roof replacement.

Darren Wells and his crew were awesome. Quick, reliable, communicative and very responsive to our needs. The roof looks great!! I highly recommend SPC Construction and Roofing.

Over the past ~10 years we have done four roof replacements through SPC on three different properties. Each and every time they impress us with their professionalism, quality work and thorough execution of the repairs. Darren has been our point of contact for every project and he is a pleasure to work with. He takes what could easily be a cumbersome, frustrating process and makes it painless. We would highly recommend them for anyone needing roof repairs.

Working with SPC Construction and Roofing was a great experience!

Dennis Hudson is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond by ensuring I was completely satisfied. Thank you for addressing all my questions and concerns and being so honest and transparent.

SPC offered high-quality products and materials at a competitive price. The communication during the entire process was very clear, and I liked the fact that they provided me with the options that aligned with my particular needs and preferences. The entire process was thorough, straightforward and with no delays. The project was a full roof replacement, including fascia and gutter replacement. After signing the contract, the project was completed within two weeks. Tino, Angel, and the crew did a great job! They are very organized, courteous, and also careful avoiding any property damage. Everything was spotless after the job was completed.

I highly recommend working with SPC Construction and Roofing.
