Run, do not walk. The technicians sent to fix my home after a pipe burst repeatedly delayed work, lied to us about repair timelines, and tried to use my wife and I's religion to manipulate us. They made fun of my wife and mother, to my face.

What's worse, we discovered that during the repairs they had put cardboard under our floors, concealed mold, concealed other damage, failed to properly level my floors, and failed to re-insulate our exterior wall. We even discovered this subcontractor had been harassing the original vendors.

Corporate tried sending someone else to fix it but refused to get in touch with us after we tried letting them know the fix did not work. We had to hire another contractor and ServiceMaster won't reimburse us for the out-of-pocket cost we paid. They offered to try and have a six-month old tile invoice be forwarded to us; asking my wife and I to become their bill collectors (and for less than a quarter of what we were asking for). The owner of the company, Dan Fry, even admitted on the phone this invoice was "somewhat arbitrary".

They are aware that more damage exists throughout the home and they refuse to fix it.

Had a really negative experience with American Water Damage when my house flooded and Service master came to the rescue when I really needed them. They communicated with me, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely use them again!

Kareem,Keiynaun, Daniel and David, were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Kareem explained the complete the project in a highly detailed fashion to ensure I understood the entire scope of the project. Kudos to the entire crew for a job well done.

The team did an excellent job of boxing everything up, my son room was a mess, even with his prepping. All equipment, furniture and clothing was packed, written down and labeled, ready for pickup.

I am thrilled with SPC Construction and Roofing. They were always there when they said they would be and did what they quoted. They explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood the process. Work was done quickly, workers were friendly and did and amazing job of clean up. Zack King the project manager was friendly, patient and always kept in contact with me to keep me informed of what and when things would be done. On a scale of 1-5 I give him a 10.

SPC understands the meaning of customer service. They excel in every aspect. My sales representative, Dennis Hudson, was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, found solutions that met our needs, and orchestrated the entire process from start to finish. SPC roofing communicated through every step of the process, submitted insurance documentation on-time, expertly installed the new roof and gutters, and thoroughly cleaned up. As a result, we have a beautiful new roof that is the envy of the neighborhood.

We were referred to SPC Roofing before we had major hail damage. Stan, our consultant, was honest and thorough. After a significant hail storm, he worked with us in a very professional manner, explaining process well. Helped us with color and every aspect. SPC's crew was so professional and kept debris to minimum, always cleaning up. About 3 days total for everything and roof looks amazing in every way. Stan and our foreman were there almost every step of way. Great experience!!!

I am extremely pleased with the job done by Dennis Hudson and the SPC group on the re-roof of my home late this November. I am a senior and very hard to please, the whole process from start to finish was exceptional and done exactly as promised with no surprises or hidden costs - well planned, well done with no damage to my landscaping, and a thorough cleanup afterward. My new roof was done with class 4 impact resistant materials and will save me over $350 every year on my home owners insurance from now on, and has really improved the appearance of my home. SPC has given me the best looking roof in the neighborhood at a very fair price and I have gotten numerous compliments from my neighbors. These folks need to be on your shortlist for roofing.

Can’t say enough good things about Jonathan Shaw with SPC roofing. Everything you would want with a big project like this. Top notch and quality work, excellent communication, responsive, expertise & knowledge of anything roof related. They put on new roof, new gutters, painted all exterior, as well some other small items. Looks awesome. Jonathan made the entire experience from start to finish as easy it could be. Highly recommend!

Worked with Chris Hudson. He did a fantastic job all around. They communicated with my insurance provider and made it very easy. Roof was completed in less than two days from start to finish. Chris was there to do final inspection and made sure everything was clean. The roof and gutters look better than the original (only 2 years old). This is the second time I've used SPC, used at an old house, and I'd highly recommend them.

I don't know what SPC could have done better with regards to my insurance hailstorm claim and subsequent repairs. I am completely satisfied with the results. Darren Wells was AWESOME. He worked tirelessly with my insurance company to have them pay the appropriate amount. I hope I never have to go through this process again but, if I do I will definitely call SPC.

After August 2021 hail storm I contacted SPC and began working with Dennis. Even though everyone around me were getting their roofs replaced…my insurance company was very stubborn about paying for full roof replacement. I’m so thankful I had Dennis as he went way above and beyond providing more evidence to the insurance to finally get them to pay for full roof replacement. Dennis and SPC were awesome and don’t know if I could’ve had managed the insurance complexities without them. Also A1 job on roof and gutter replacements. In short, highly recommend (especially to Dennis..thank you!)
