Henry's Service All

They charged me over $200 to come out and fix the pilot light going out constantly on my hot water heater. Told me it was fixed just to have it go out a couple of days after they left. I would avoid using their service.

Edit: When I initially called I wanted someone to come out and clean the water heater. They didn’t even do that. All that was done was lighting the pilot light. Again I was charged over $200 just for someone to light a pilot light that went out just a few days later. I was also charged an addition $50 so they could pick up a part they didn’t even use on my water heater. Don’t be deceived by their high user rating. They will try and bleed you of every dollar they can, and will do the least amount of work possible just so they can double dip and come back later when the problem they were supposed to fix the first time is still broken.

I should address the reason I didn’t have the plumber replace the part was because he was making it very clear by his actions that he was going to rush the job so he could get out as soon as he was able. I was not going to trust him to do a good job and handle my property with the care I would wish.

I have used Henry's for a while and most recently for electrical service as well as HVAC. I would say that they do a fantastic, honest job for a fair and honest price. Henry stands by his work and that gives me the utmost confidence in utilizing his services. Most definitely reccommend his services.

Your service has always been excellent, but I looked online for Freon R22 and where you charged me $495 for 2 pounds of freon, I found a 25 lb cannister for $449 and 5 pounds for $227. I honestly feel taken advantage of in that area. Next year, I will shop around for the Freon.
