Your driver just ran out in front of me TWICE and then had the nerve to Flip Me Off!!!! We tired of Company Drivers being the BULLIES on the road and then play VICTIM when something happens...We also tired of overlooking it....Y'all need to have a talk with your Driver's about their Road Etiquette....NO ONE should have to be at the mercy of a Commercial Vehicle and I'm in a Car...

Great guys at Fergusons. I have worked with Ferguson's Las Vegas area. Awesome team. Quality product. I was looking for a tankless water heater, but the one I wanted although it was in their computer, was not in stock. Knowing I was at my deadline and needed a comparable replacement. The guys went to work. They found that missing wh unit! And I got a huge discount on it! Thanks Guys!

I have been doing business on the courier side of this company for some time now. These guys will send out an invoice to their highly responsible couriers and their invoices are delivered promptly. In their warehouses and showrooms and throughout the administration everyone is kind to the customers with their needs.

I give this place a perfect 10 with their deliveries and costumer needs

Always great service! Fernando has been super helpful everytime we have been in. He is always able to find what I need from just looking at photos of the sinks, tubs, toilets, fixtures, etc!

I called a head of time to ask if they had replacement parts for a contemporary water fall faucet. I was told by the person over the phone that they did in fact have replacement parts. I was told to bring in photos of the faucet.

Flash forward the next day, I show up with photos of the faucet and the cashier( somewhat bald guy with a large beard) was not helpful at all. Told me that I should remove the top cover and bring in photos of the inner components.

The following day, I show up with photos, dimensions for the tool I need, for the part that I need replaced. The same guy from the previous day assists me again.. since day one he did not seem not interested in helping me. This time he told me to try a different company and that he couldn't help me.

Instead of trying to assist me he spent two days looking for excuses not to help me. Not once did he offer any advise...instead i took my business somewhere else.

It was Saturday. They were short staffed, and had an apparently unexpected rush of customers.

It was clear that the staff was being diligent, which I appreciated. Although their listing says open until 12:30, they locked the door at noon.I had arrived at 11, and finally was helped at 12:15.

They were helpful, polite and professional. Even in a hard circumstance, they managed to keep the situation light. Some of my fellow customers made jokes about how they had aged while waiting, and the staff laughed along with us all.

I have been to the store twice for plumbing parts. As a novice to plumbing repairmen, the service here is fantastic. People are very friendly, jovial, and helpful. Saved hundreds of dollars by doing it myself. I strongly recommend the store.

Stopped in trying to find a faucet handle. The rep said they didn't have it but gave a recommendation that ended up having it.

Kind of difficult to find the plumbing supply office, but once I did I was treated with respect by a really knowledgeable young man.

Went to the store with a relay that clearly states the specs, I also have the spec sheet for the part. They don't have the exact part number, but relays that I don't have spec sheets for, but the service person would guide me to an equivalent part. Instead they ask for a HVAC model number to recommend the correct part. If I am leaving the store, I am not coming back.....Went to Locke instead, but this place was closer and they had the white rodgers equivalent on the shelf

Bad customer service. They rarely answer the phone. They don't even offer the ability to leave a message. This place is also more expensive than their competitors.

Nick is singlehandedly the best front desk sales rep ever! They had what we needed, and when we showed up after closing due to traffic, they still took care of us with a smile and got us situated with everything we needed, and at fantastic prices!

It is impossible for us to not recommend this location and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Woodie Woods Plumbing always does us a great job at a good price. Not cheap, but cheap plumbers aren't good. Good price and professional plumbers. Been using them for years and plan to keep using them for our plumbing needs.
