When Andrew and Riley arrived, they clearly communicated the work they were going to complete and the amount of time required for the service. They did what they said and I will hire Woodie Woods again when needed.

95 year old sewer line which had exceeded its effective life expectancy by a few decades and finally reached total failure was replaced and brought to code compliance. The line was replaced in an impressively short period of time. Thanks for the quick response and project completion.

Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had! Jerry was very knowledgeable and solved the two issues I had with no problems. They were both challenging, but Jerry really has the experience and intelligence to know what to do. He is friendly and confident and puts you at ease with knowing your in good hands. I’m so happy he was able to fix things right! I’ll definitely call Woodie Woods and ask for Jerry when I need a plumbing job because he knows what he’s doing and does it right!

Brad is an outstanding plumber! He works quickly, carefully, efficiently. Plus he is great with customers - Listens, explains, is patient and respectful. He is expensive (>$450/hr) for a small job but he is a true professional.

I was very pleased with the repairs at Woodie Woods, Brad came out on the snowy/icy days when my regular plumber couldn't. He fixed a broken water pipe and fixed my shower, got everything back to normal! Highly recommend!

Arrived promptly, assessed the situation with the toilet, and presented an estimate before completing the repair. Repairs completed, toilet and bathroom cleaned up neatly, provided information regarding age of the cast iron waste pipe and issues that could arise in the future.

Review Edit. Originally had scheduled a plumber to visit me today from 1-4. Due to scheduling issues they had to cancel, and I was planning to find another plumber instead.

Around the 4 o'clock time, they found availability to squeeze me in and had Brad and Ethan come by to service. They were apologetic on the behalf of the company due to their lateness and went a step above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

They were able to deduce source of my leak and repair without having to drill any holes in the wall. They also fixed a few other minor items on my shower and gave advice on how to upkeep.

A big shot out to Brad and Ethan and their customer service. I'll make sure to keep their info in case of future repairs.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Andrew was excellent. On time…quick diagnosis and equally quick repair. I will schedule a non emergency repair with Woodie Woods when it warms up and request Andrew. Semper Fi

I had a great experience with Jerry and Gavin. They assessed both my water heaters, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase there on the spot (though they did have a quote ready and were ready to work on it if I wanted). He also went above and beyond to educate me on how the water heaters worked and told me how I can keep an eye on servicing them myself. As a new homeowner, I appreciated the education because I didn't know anything about water heaters beforehand.

We had a home warranty on the home. Jerry and Gavin were patient enough to join me on the phone with the home warranty agent to explain their diagnosis so that I could get my claim with the home warranty company completed. Highly recommend.

Excellent, efficient and covered all the unexpected on my 78 year old galvanized piping in replacing my 28 y.o. water heater and shut off valve. Andrew A. is very task driven and willing to do what it takes to get it done on time and within budget.
