Anthony went over and beyond with his customer service. He even called other locations to make sure they had what I was looking for.

If you want to skip the 10 hour wait at Elliot electric, head over to city electric supply!!!!!! Great people fast service. Counter guys have their head in the game will have you in and out in no time. Great customer service.

Ken and Anthony went out of their way to assist me with my electrical needs and they were so kind and personable. Thank you! Y’all were great!!

I have a contractor background but currently not in the industry.
Today I am a diy'er but still go to the supply stores mostly instead of home depot and lowes.
The professionalism of the staff here is positively amazing, the store is well maintained and there is supply.

These guys just sped up profusely to cut me off in a work vehicle when we're supposed to merge lanes. Bullied the vehicle in the next merch to make space for them...

Words can’t express enough about Groves Electric. Christian & Will did the most outstanding electrical finish out for our recreation room. They were kind, polite, respectful of the space and did a top notch job! Highly, highly recommend Groves!

On 2-28-25 at about 7am on 161. Truck 95 almost clipped me and several others as they speed around several cars driving erratically. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism/representation of this man’s company. Owner I will take this down when you reply that the issues was addressed.

If this company performs electrical work the same way they operate their vehicles, they cannot be trusted. Truck #95 was driven recklessly, with no concern for the safety of others. The driver nearly hit my vehicle while my 3-month-old child was inside.

What’s especially alarming is that when I came here to write this review, I saw another complaint about the same vehicle. That says a lot about how this company trains and supervises its technicians, and how much they truly care about safety and quality.
