Worst Elliott supply in the country to deliver to, there slow, set up is terble only recive half days, and there way to busy to have this small of a space

Line can be a little long for the "walk-ins" making quick purchases but everybody is helpful and professional.

Very helpful staff and I'm even getting this shipped as the item I was looking for was not in stock.

I hate this place, if you need a cut wire you have to wait forever, employees are very lazy. 😡😡😡😡

They probably have what you want, but be sure to double check your order, and you might want to use a tape measure on larger sized nipples, lock rings, bushings, etc, before accepting the order.

They have the best tools and pricing.

Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. Started going here after a couple of bad experiences with the Crawford down the street. Even when they don't have what I need they'll get it for me quickly and at a competitive price . Mike brown has helped me out several times with some of the things I couldn't find he has got it for me in time to get the job done on time

They have what you need usually but the customer service sucks. I try to use dealers but some Times they don’t have what I need so I have to go to Elliotts or vice versa but they usually never have the will call order pulled yet or they don’t know if the material I need is in the warehouse or in the actual store so he have to print two tickets which makes it way more time-consuming and inefficient then it should be. I went in today at 4:53 PM and there was one employee servicing five people they close at 5:30 but if you get there early in the morning around 7 AM there’s 10 people servicing one person.

No hurry on small orders was 89 percent done with my order got all my small parts and waited over an hour to cut 40 ft of wire and 10 for of seal tight. Then only one person working up front everyone else leaves or on their damn phones. Will never com back to this Elliot’s again. Should not take this damn long period. Worst supply house and experience.

Counter sales will go above and beyond to help you, AVOID WILL CALL COUNTER AT ANY COST! I have never been to any other DC or supply house that even remotely thought It was acceptable to be as slow as these guys are. Yes I was getting wire cuts but I ordered it the day prior, showed up at 6:30 am and finally at 7:20 they had one of the cuts done.........absolutely the worst. This is the second time I have used them, even the first time I waited an hour and a half and if I remember correctly I didn't get wire that time.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!

This supply house has the WORST service of any supply house I have ever been to. The simplest order always takes too long. Plan on waiting 1.5 to 2 hrs. Oh, and don't forget to get your "free" ice cream while you wait. Mine was worth about $140 by the time I left.

Came to this location, and apparently they the decided to have a meeting while I’m waiting for my liquid tight conduit, so had to wait more than an hour for my item to come from the back.

How inconsiderate is that from this place, not taking into account the customers time, they should finish all customers orders before a calling a meeting.

Never coming back to this location.

Stopped by here last minute for a much needed part. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Jeffrey was kind and promptly resolved an error that came up to help me get what I needed. I really appreciate everyone that was there today!

The worst electrical supply company I’ve ever seen you will be stuck four hours they have people sitting around doing nothing I should have gone to Home Depot saved my self 2-3 hours.

WCE is terrible. They are super slow. They advertise 90min turn around. Every time I get something that needs to be picked up at RDC it takes several hours. Currently I have been waiting 3 hours for 4 wire cuts at 115' each. These guys will cost you an entire day waiting.

Will Call has the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I placed an order online the day before. I then called to ensure my order was ready for pickup, and after providing the order number and verifying the name on the order, will call told me all items were pulled and ready for pickup. I arrived and was told they never pulled anything because I don’t have a card on file. After waiting 45 minutes, they ask me what I’m waiting on. I reminded them which order I was waiting on. They then realize they forgot to complete the order so no one ever started pulling the items. After waiting 2 hours, they inform me it’s going to be an additional 40 minutes to complete the wire cuts. I’ve been super polite and understanding, but this is ridiculous.

If you need electric supply, save yourself a few hours and go elsewhere.

Ordered 4 cuts of wire for will call @ 10 am. Went the next day to pick it up and am still waiting over an hour for it. Told they still have two cuts left! This is absolutely ridiculous!

We sent another employee in the afternoon and the order still was not ready.

If I could do negative stars I would!

I arrived at 7 am, I was given the dock right away, and empty in 45 min,
