Constraction reviews in Flower Mound, Texas

They didn't get a permit to install my roof when they got shutdown. By the city they showed up with a contract that was. Different than the original document and was on a cell phone and unreadable so it was signed because they had already removed the roof and wouldn't install the new one without a signature and storms were forecast for the next week.the roof has to be completely redone because they didn't replace rotten decking and one valley was done so poorly it will require complete remova.they also did l our shed and shingles are laid down crooked.and looks horrible

Work done included replacing bathroom faucets, painting bathroom ceiling and garage walls, regrouting kitchen tile and replacing two skylights. Work was done well and within time frame given despite a couple of problems encountered (as there always is in a 30+ year old house). I recommend them and would call them again.

Thank you Space construction for amazing job,
I replace my carpet on 2floor with vinyl planks looks amazing high quality job in 1 day.
Definitely will use them again recommend.

Starting with Cade our experience went very smoothly. He took time to explain the process. The crews were very knowledgeable and their work was to the highest standards. We will continue to use them.

I called to get an estimate on having attic access hole enlarged and adding a ladder. Apparently, my job wasn’t big enough ($3k minimum) for them and they told me to look elsewhere. Didn’t even offer me an estimate or ask if I needed anything else done. I have lots of other larger jobs I need to have done, but I guess another company will get my business. Very unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience with Space Construction. They helped make my dream kitchen a reality! They brought my vision to life and helped the process go as smoothly as possible.
I would highly recommend them for any of your construction/remodeling needs!

Sado and his team were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and constant communication was exactly what we wanted in a contractor. His team was always kind, on time, and extremely professional. We would use them for every room in our house.

Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.

Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Very few contractors do it really well. Saado was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From design to permits, plumbing to electrical, tile work to flooring, paint to carpentry, he brought us the experts we needed in the order we needed them. And when I texted him with a concern, he responded promptly and resolved any concerns quickly. Five stars for Space Construction and Saado Ablasi. Give him a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Space Construction did very nice work in all the areas mentioned as well as painting the whole interior of the house including doors and extensive woodwork and cabinets. They are easy to work with and have fair and competitive prices. I highly recommend them for all of your home maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Saado with Space Construction has by far been the most helpful contractor in remodeling my home in Rowlett. Everything from the floors to replacing my master shower and vanity with sinks, countertops, windows and great drywall texturing. I tried other contractors thinking they would be the specialists in flooring, painting etc. and in every way Space Construction provided the best guys for the job and even redid a good portion of work done by other contractors in the area. Space Construction is the best option in every category of home remodeling

Space Construction Inc. was the easiest and most efficient company I have ever worked with. Saado and Cade were very helpful by checking to make sure everything was going as planned. All of their subs were on time and were skilled at their jobs to make my bathroom remodel go well. Thanks to them all!

We replaced our roof after a hail storm. We then remodeled our Master bathroom with a new tile shower and floor. Then we remodeled another bathroom. Space Construction did a great job, was very responsive, and was very professional. I highly recommend!

I had them replace a barn door with a traditional door and create a pocket door in the wall between 2 of my bedrooms, making an easy nursery transition. The workers were extremely professional, punctual, and clean! Beyond that, they did a superb job on the doors. Completely matching them to the doors already in the house and making it seem like they were always supposed to have been there. We will absolutely use this company again for all future home construction projects.

Space construction did quality work for me. I had projects inside and outside. They replaced all my gutters and gave me great color choices, painted front door and replaced hardware , repaired and painted baseboard and trim in the house, patched soffet so well that I can't tell where it was done, fixed my chimney, and replaced my fence. There was great communication every step of the way. They worked with me on the prices for all the projects. Work was done timely and neatly. The only thing that slowed them down was weather. I called for a free estimate and I am glad I did.

Upon deciding to re-floor my staircase (from carpet to hardwood), I contacted three companies for quotes. The first two didn't impress me, but Samuel from Space Construction left a much better impression. He did a very thorough walk-through of the area to be worked on, answered my questions, and made professional recommendations. I was very appreciative of his active communication throughout every step of the process. He even was able to accommodate an addition to my original request all through text message. I was very excited that I was able to see 3D renderings of the project before it began, so I had a good idea of what it would look like at the end. The work crew didn't keep the most regular schedule, but they worked diligently and were very polite and thorough. They even finished the job a day earlier than expected, and they came back out to make some minor repairs to ensure a perfect job. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work. My house looks beautiful and the price was very reasonable for the scope of the project. I'm so pleased with the results that now I'm thinking of potential future projects!

We hired Space Construction to convert an upstairs loft area into a proper bedroom. They handled everything from start to finish including architect drawings, city permits, inspection scheduling, electrical, framing, construction, painting, and clean-up. They are fast, professional, and their pricing is more than fair. The final result looks great, and we are thrilled. It's exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend if you need any construction work done!

Kudos to Saado and his team at Space Construction. They did a complete update on my home on time and under budget! They were responsive every step of the way and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

We are thrilled with the exceptional job done by the Space Construction team in remodeling our bedrooms. Saado and Cade demonstrated remarkable diligence throughout the project, ensuring that we not only stayed on budget but also successfully brought our vision for the rooms to life. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We are already looking forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I am incredibly impressed with our Space construction's service in repairing our roof. Their guidance with the insurance claim process were invaluable. Throughout the entire project, their team exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism. They arrived promptly, and their courteous and friendly demeanor put us at ease right from the start. It was clear that they valued their customers and took great pride in their work.
Speaking of their workmanship, I am genuinely impressed with the quality of the roof repair. The end result was simply outstanding. They utilized top-notch materials and employed the latest techniques, showcasing their commitment to delivering nothing short of excellence.
I definitely highly recommend Space construction!!

We had the best experience with Space Construction! We did a small kitchen addition and are so happy with how it turned out. Saado was very communicative throughout the process, the work was completed timely, and the price was fair. We’ll definitely come back when we have other remodeling needs.

Space construction has been wonderful every step of the way with our outdoor construction project. We installed a custom cut flagstone patio and the crew was incredible. It turned out beautiful. But also, the process was managed with them perfectly and we felt like we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for making our home more beautiful and managing it so well.
