Constraction reviews in Flower Mound, Texas

He went out of his way to meet a price I could afford on my small budget. And he even took this old woman for a ride in one of those fancy cars . Such a sweet gesture, great birthday gift to me .

This is undoubtedly the best contractor I have ever used. The quality and the service are unmatched. I just did a complete rebuild and I wish I had met Saado and his team earlier. You won’t have to look over your shoulder to check on his work. Worth every penny and much much more!!! I will definitely be using them again.

We are very happy with the work and appreciative that the team was willing to work around our very busy schedule. A bit expensive, but the quality meets the price. Great value for your money. The team is very responsive and performed a quality check to ensure that everything is good to go. No hassles, something we also appreciate. The entire team is very courteous and professional—especially the cabinet installers. I look forward to future renovation projects with the team.

Sahar & his team with Space Construction did a fabulous job on our built-ins! Fluid communication, got the job done a month faster than I expected, and I love the finish product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking, and we will be using again in the future

Space Construction is the right choice if you want to upgrade your life. They can transform any area of your home, inside or out. Space Construction offers excellent service. They are prompt, reliable, and trendy. Fantastic craftsmanship with a professional approach. Highly recommend!

Space construction did a great job and exceeded expectations on my home project. They were very methodical, detailed and executed work on time. I highly recommend their services!. Looking forward to working with them on future projects..

We used Space Construction for a complete bathroom remodel. The results are beyond our vision. Saado Ablasi is a complete professional. We changed our minds quite a few times during the process and he just went along-no exacerbation. He kept us posted as to next steps. Physical visits by him or his assistant. Offered his professional opinion about changes or design. I appreciated the workers always cleaning up when they left each day. Something will always go wrong with a remodel and it was no exception with our project but Saado made sure it was fixed at no cost to us and more importantly, no hassle to us. I trusted Saado and that peace of mind is priceless. Can’t wait to work with him again.

I had three rooms that required the removal of wood panels replaced with drywall. My house is a historic home with uneven walls and the crew did a great job leveling the walls, the sheetrock is nice and straight, really nice quality work. Tiok their time and did it right, and started the job the day the said they would. 10/10

Space Construction did a great job adding a covered patio to my backyard. Saado was quick to respond, very knowledgable, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the work. I've already referred several friends to Space Construction, and I've seen the results myself. The work is always top-notch, and my friends are always glad they chose Space Construction. I'd recommend Space to anyone who appreciates quality work.

We were very pleased with Space Construction & our remodel bathroom. It was finished on time, professionally with great attention to detail. We greatly appreciated their clean up efforts throughout the remodel!

We are overjoyed with the final project. For years, we looked for a company to build our dream patio. Finally Saado, with Space Construction, came to assess our space and project ideas. He listened, asked questions, then made our dreams come true. Everyone has been so complimentary and impressed with the details of our outdoor space. Thanks to Saado and his talented crew!!

My husband and I contacted Space Construction to tile our shower including the space behind the tub and they did an amazing job! They did it all in a week and were very easy to work with. Cade was very nice and made sure everything was done the way we wanted! We also had them install the glass!

No surprises except even better than I imagined. Very pleased with my new railing and hand rails. Sahar was very patient and kept me updated throught the process telling me what to expect as the job began and progressed. The team also walked me through every step and offered suggestions. I'm very happy with my luxurious upgrade. Many thanks to Sahar and his crew. Great job!

We have hired Space Construction for two different jobs at our house. The attention to detail, and excellent customer service that the owner, Saado provides is top notch. If you’re looking for company that can help you envision your remodel goals and bring them to life look no further. We will be using Space Construction for all our remodel and upgrade projects in the future, they do not disappoint!

Saado and his crew knocked out a load bearing wall with windows and installed our slide and pivot door. Their timing of the different trades involved was like clockwork and the craftsmanship was top notch, and I’m very particular. What’s even greater than that is their pricing was 20% less than the most cost effective quote I had received. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in future projects.

Our house is pretty new, but the main bathroom was nothing special; in fact, the drawers were tiny.and everything in the bathroom was gray. Space Construction, Inc., led by Saado, came out, discussed ideas, & soon we had a layout and a materials list. We were nervous about the contract and Saado came out a couple more times to discuss and put us at ease. Everything went smoothly and all his subcontractors were timely with great workmanship. The service we received was top notch. Any other projects that arise, we will definitely be calling Space Construction. Our new bathroom is gorgeous and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Space Construction did amazing job installing hardwood floors in my game room, hallways, and two flights of stairs. I worked with Sahar. He was very professional and offered great suggestions. I’m in love with my new floors and we get compliments every time someone comes to visit. My husband and I have already started thinking of new projects for the future. This is a great company that does quality work. I highly recommend them.

I recently enlisted Space Construction for a comprehensive makeover of my backyard, and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. The project scope included enhancing the flowerbeds, installing artificial turf around my kids' play area, extending the fence for added privacy, and completing a concrete extension to expand our usable outdoor space. Each aspect of the job was handled with utmost professionalism and expertise.

The artificial turf has been a standout addition, creating a safe and clean environment for my children to play. The fence extension has significantly increased our privacy and security, while the rejuvenated flowerbeds have transformed our garden into a vibrant, colorful retreat. The concrete extension, in particular, has seamlessly expanded our outdoor area, providing a durable and versatile space for entertaining and relaxation.

The team from Space Construction was exceptional throughout the process—efficient, tidy, and always respectful of our property. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail is visible in every corner of our new backyard.

I found the pricing to be very fair, reflecting the high-quality results and the comprehensive nature of the work done. I can recommend Space Construction highly enough for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor spaces. Their craftsmanship has not only met but exceeded my expectations, leaving us with a backyard we're proud to show off.

Excellent Kitchen Remodel by Space Construction

We had a fantastic experience with Saado and his team at Space Construction. They transformed our kitchen beautifully and made the entire remodel process smooth and stress-free. Communication was always clear, they stayed on schedule and budget, and the quality of their workmanship was top-notch. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Saado and his crew to anyone.

We recently purchased a home in North Dallas that required remodeling and reconfiguration of three bedrooms, new flooring with custom staining, glass door/wall enclosure for office and lighting installation. After interviewing three different contractors, we chose Saado—and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, he stood out as both professional and personable.

One of the biggest highlights of working with him was his creative solution for redesigning our Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which turned out beautifully. What impressed me most was his hands-on involvement throughout the entire project. I didn’t even realize at first that Saado was the owner of the company, because unlike many contractors who disappear once the job is secured, he remained present and engaged from start to finish.

His teams are highly skilled in their respective trades, and you can tell he has built a group of specialists who take pride in their work. Just as important, he checked in continually to make sure we were happy with the progress at every step.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and with the experience of working with Saado and his company. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

Having Space do our master bath remodel was a great experience. Space was on time and on budget. His crews did quality work and never left a mess. Space will do more work at our house in the future for sure. Space is for sure a honest construction company.
