Excellent service. Kind, courteous and very clean job!!

Excellent service from Axel - he went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. He communicated clearly and had a high attention to detail.

Axel did a badass job today

I’m a new pool owner and initially hired this company to maintain the pool while I learned the basics. They do provide some nice touches like photos and a chemical report after each visit, but I seriously question the accuracy of their testing.

I only used them for about two months, and during that time I experienced an algae bloom that I ended up resolving myself (4 days after their visit). After that, I purchased my own test kit to verify their readings going forward.

The final straw was testing my water just a few hours after one of their visits. Their report showed balanced levels, including FC at 7.0 and CYA at 50. My test showed ZERO free chlorine and ZERO CYA within hours of their visit.

If I had relied on their report, I likely would have had another algae issue. Their visits are very quick (around 15 minutes) and mostly consist of basic cleaning. Filter cleanings are required and overpriced (seems an industry norm).

Overall, I don’t feel the service provides value for the cost, can't say I'd recommend them.

Pool was starting to yellow the day immediately following cleaning. I reached out every day for the following 5 days with no resolution (still not resolved). Just excuses that they were short staffed. Embarrassing levels of customer service. Act as though it is a privilege for you to pay them to not clean your pool. If you are thinking of using them, run!!!

He does an excellent job!

I have been working with BlueScience pools for years. If ever there is an occasional issue, just get on the phone with them and they'll get it taken care of.

Repeated requests to stop dumping material from pool in yard have been made you can see the results. Ten years of service, just fired them!

This pool was a mess, so we switched to Blue Science, and they took care of business. Bobby took this thing from a swamp to gorgeous- and quickly too. I thought this was a lost cause, but Bobby fixed it and has kept me in the loop with everything. Highly recommend!

Had Blake Cali come by for my first cleaning, and I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and advice. He said that he only had 3 hours of sleep the night before because a thunderstorm had terrified his dog all night. It didn't show in how hard he worked and detail-oriented he was. He did an outstanding job.

I booked All Around Dryer & Duct Cleaning Services after noticing my laundry room was always dusty. They arrived right on time and got to work without a fuss. I could actually see the amount of dirt buildup they pulled out in the vent line once they were done. After the vent cleaning, my home felt cooler and the dryer runs faster with less lint on the floor. The guys were respectful in my space and cleaned up like they were never there. It's worth every penny.
