Came the next day to give me an estimate, and scheduled the work the following day. Right on time the next day, worked very quickly with a full crew and completed the job in just a few hours. Prices were very reasonable and every interaction was professional! Highly recommend. Second time customer and will be using them in the future.

I had an emergency at my house where a tree limb fell on my electric line. Before I could get my electricity restored a limb had to be removed from the tree. Mark came out immediately and had the tree branch removed. This is my second time using them and they have been quick, clean and very professional. A++++++++

We have used 12 Tree several times and they do a great job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
The one thing is that I was told that an estimate would be done without my needing to be there. But when the workmen said they were done, I still had branches hanging at the edge of my roof and over the street.
When I explained that to the foreman of the job, he said that wasn’t part of the deal and that we had to pay him extra on the spot to get more work done and then negotiated on how many feet to cut down a tree that was up against the house.
Without having been there when the estimate was done, I could not prove how far from the rooftop it needed to be trimmed – – therefore it was not spelled out in the estimate.
Frankly, I thought that was a given that the branches would be trimmed away from the house. Had I not agreed to pay more money than the estimate was for, I knew that it would just be a matter of months before I had to call them back out — so we paid extra.

Next time, I will just insist on being there for the estimate and that it is clearly spelled out as to what needs to be trimmed.

But again, once all was said and done and paid for, the final product was excellent.

Jorge and his crew did a fabulous job. My Live Oak and Bradford Pear really look great. This is the third or fourth time they have trimmed my trees and every time it is amazing how well they do.
I highly recommend these guys.

They always look out for the care of the tree. They do not just arbitrarily butcher trees but take care to trim appropriately. They are on time and reasonably priced. They clean up well afterwards too. Thanks for the many years you have cared for my family's tree.

I had 1-2-Tree out after a huge tree limb fell on our fence. They were prompt, friendly and pricing was upfront and fair. They did a great job not only getting the huge limbs cleaned up but also trimmed the area where the limb broke off of. We will be using 1-2-Tree from now on and I highly recommend them!

12 Tree removed my enormous 70+ foot live sycamore tree that was only 3 ft from my house and grown into my wrought iron fence. They were professional, courteous, responsive, qualified and very reasonable. They responded quickly, worked hard and fast, cleaned up well and were always caring in the process. Several other companies wanted to severely trim or remove my neighbors shrubs and trees for ease of removal. 12Tree did none of that. My neighbor was quite happy. I would both recommend and use 12Tree again.

1-2-Tree has removed 2 huge dying trees for me now, 1 being extremely challenging due to location around the house with a shed, power lines, fence, my neighbors house. They were able to complete the job with no damage to anything, and cleaned up the site beautifully.

Crew did a great job trimming all my trees. They look great! Quick in-out job and they cleaned up all the little branches in the yard! Very reasonably priced to top it off!

I had a 20 year old Elm tree that was uprooted due to the high winds. 1-2 Tree removed the tree and remaining roots. The crew was phenomenal. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them for all my tree services. Definitely recommend.

They crew was great. They were there and gone in a couple of hours. There process was very well coordinated and efficient from the pick up the pieces of the tree, as it was being cut down, to the shredding of these pieces. After they completed the stomp grinding they cleaned up the whole area and it looked as though they were never there. They did a great job and I will call them again if I need their service.

They were excellent from the moment that I requested the estimate to the end. Very professional, efficient and productive during the work time.
