I was very pleased with the service-tech's honesty and quality of work done on my pool's pump-motor, which I thought was dead and needed replacing. However, the service-tech checked it out and said that the motor may only need a part and not replacing. And after checking, we found that a part was all the motor/pump needed. We are very pleased.

I had this company come out to look at my leaking pool heater. I was told I would need a whole new unit and they would re-route my system so it would bypass going through the heater. Come to find out later that I don't need a whole new unit (but a much cheaper part) and all the tech did was turn my valve already on the system to re-route. Got charged for a turn of my valve and a bad diagnosis. Seems pretty shady to me.

I called them out to start weekly cleaning and wanted algae treated. First visit was told that they wouldn’t treat algae until a couple weeks of their cleaning wasn’t effective. I wasn’t happy about that but agreed as it sounded reasonable. I was given a quote for a heater and it included a $500 charge for a concrete pad for the heater. That’s when I knew they were dishonest so I decided not to do business with them anymore. The guy that came out was very nice (that’s why 3 stars) but I only do business with honest people.

I have been using FM Pool Care & Maintenance for 3 years now for my regular weekly pool maintenance and any other repairs/service. The employees are very professional and courteous. It is the commitment and service like this that makes you stay with a business for so long. Cheers!

I hired Flowermound Pool care and maintenance, a few months ago for weekly service. The first two times the kid that came out to clean the pool, left without locking the pool gate behind him. After that a new kid (Tyler) was assigned to my pool and just as many issues or lack of service. We have a medium size pool about 17,500 gallons, so I would expect it to take more than the 5-7 minutes to do all the checks and clean each week. The company states it has a 23 point plan each time it comes to clean the pool. I have experienced each time the kid arrives, he spends less than 5-7 minutes doing all the checks along with "cleaning" the pool. He spends half the time checking his phone messages while on the job. What a joke!!! I probably spend at least 15 minutes every few days doing the same work he "does" in 5-7 minutes. One of the points is checking the pool sweep wall filter, not one time did any of the two service kids do that. Sweeping the sides and bottom is only done half A$$. This last time it took 1 minute and 10 seconds to sweep the entire pool......LOL..... I did call the company 2x, to let them know about what was going on. The first time was about the lock, problem, fixed, second time was to inform them about the lack of cleaning service to the pool each week. The 3rd call was to cancel the weekly service. I would NOT recommend them for there weekly pool service. After cancelling the service, i was out at the pool checking the skimmer baskets at pool and at filter. The skimmer baskets in the pool were emptied, but the skimmer basket at filter was full of leaves and debris. $200/month for less than 25 mins a work, what a scam, maybe this is not what is normal, maybe it was just the kid that I was assigned to. I think this employee (Tyler) needs to get a talking to and maybe even handed his last paycheck. I would not put up with an employee that doesn't care and spends more time on his phone than on a job..
I would recommend them for a filter clean... I say they are very thorough and price competitive.

They installed a Pergola for us in a few days. Was incredibly happy with the work and their skill. They were on-time and they were the cheapest out of the 3 bids I got on building out a pergola. So happy with the work! Will use them again for any other outdoor projects.

After years of not being able to find a pool company to keep my pool water clean and sparkling, I finally found these guys and can’t be happier. Pool has looked great for over 2 years now.

In the past, pool companies were not only ridiculously expensive but unreliable. This was our first-time using Flower Mound Pool and we were incredibly pleasantly surprised with their promptness, professionalism, and competitive pricing. We will be calling them exclusively in the future for all of pool needs.

Flower Mound Pool Care completed a quality project on our pool in early 2023. We hired FMPC to replace the facade on the hot tub portion of the pool with new material, reseat the existing flagstone around pool perimeter, and replace mastic around pool. The experience was quick and FMPC associates were responsive and communicative during the project. Gabriel was managing the work. During the scope phase, Al was efficient in identifying the key pertinent items needing repair, as well as helpful in suggesting a type of replacement stone for hot tub that would complement the existing stone not being replaced. Foremost, I am impressed with precision and quality of work. My pool is safer and more attractive. Any previous issues of loose pool stones were resolved, and the fresh look of the hot tub and waterfall ledge blend well with the rest of the pool. Recommend Flower Mound Pool Care for pool renovation or remodel!

I am happy to provide a review for this company. The first time we heard their name was when we hired Chris Bowen of Bowen Pools (do not hire this guy) to resurface and tile our pool. To find out Bowen was just the broker and the REAL company was FM Pool Care! What a job they did ... beautiful.

Then it was the winter from hell in February 2021. Our pool service company at that time give us no warning of what could happen to our pumps. Then we spoke with our neighbors who were using FM Pool Care at that time. FM Pool Care emailed their customers and gave them complete instructions on how to handle the "BIG FREEZE". They had no damage and we had over $3,000 worth of damage!!

We immediately signed up as a customer and never looked back.

If you aren't on the phone right now hiring these guys then why you wastin' time?!

Recently started service with Clear Choice. As a new pool owner they have been very helpful and informative. Great to work with.

Super job by Jeremy this week ! He was diligent, conscientious , relentness and bold to eliminate the deep green! It is still cloudy but the major issue was tackled.

We've used them for years, for basic services like filter cleaning and one-off tasks, and they've always provided great service. So when it came time to update the pool - the plaster was getting very thin, tiles were popping off, and even part of the coping around the spa literally fell off - we engaged FMPC to handle those tasks. Al was just great, helping us select the right combination of coping and tile that gave our pool a much needed visual boost to bring it into the current century. He was very helpful, never pressuring us towards any particular product or finish. When work began, the crews came in and very quickly and skillfully completed their tasks. No goofing off, no loud music. Very professional. We're completely satisfied with the results, and would definitely recommend FMPC to anyone looking for any of their services.

We used this company up until almost 2 years ago before terminating service with them. We had repetitive issues with Flower Mound Pool care not brushing, not emptying skimmer baskets, and not performing basic services. The pool tech spent on average 6-7 min at our house for “service” and generality spent more time on their cell phone than taking care of the pool. All observed via Ring cameras in the backyard. Multiple calls to remedy the issue resulted in a “supervisor” coming out to do the service. Same result. Terrible service and don’t recommend.

My wife has used this company for 10 years. Before we got married in September of 2022 we asked them to come out two days before we got married since we were getting married in the backyard. The tech spilled bleach all over the rock walkway and another tech had to come out the next day to fix his mistake. Same tech decided to cut up a brand new hose on our pool cleaner without asking and then threw the cut pieces on the side of the house so we couldn't see it and took our new pool cleaner home with him. We complained they brought back the pool cleaner and eventually replaced the hose. However we never heard from the owner of the business, which tells me all I need to know about him. They then dropped us as a customer because we asked for a different pool tech. I guess their 100% satisfaction is only for customers who do not complain. I would not recommend them to maintain a kiddie pool.

This company is FANTASTIC. From the nice people who answer the phone, to the service technicians, to the sales people--everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. They made numerous phone calls to explain things to me. They told me everything they were going to do before they did it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results, and ultimately ended up cleaning up a mess that another pool company left. I highly, HIGHLY recommend using them for ANYTHING pool related!

We have been using Flower Mound Pool Care for two years and we are very satisfied with their service. They do a great job of cleaning the pool each week, and making sure that everything is running properly. They are consistent and timely. I have made two service calls in the past two years and both times they were able to come out that day and fix the problem. Their communication with customers is outstanding and professional. I highly recommend them if you need a pool service.

I’ve been using them for weekly, maintenance and repairs for about two years now. Always super responsive. The technicians always do a great job communicating calling ahead and clearly explaining what the issues are and helping us to the most cost-effective resolutions.
