Peyton helped identify our needs and next steps. Within 24 hours, Justice came and spotted the problem, got it fixed, AND our pool was a true 'night and day' turn around. We HIGHLY recommend them, and Justice has been a godsend. He is knowledgeable, communicative, sharp, and truly knows what he is doing. We will be sticking with them for years to come. TAKE OUR MONEY! You make our pool look pristine, and we finally feel care-free about its maintenance.

Your technician not only revived it but it is better than before...I was prepared to buy a new one but because of your excellent service, I can postpone that expense awhile longer. I had Biz 2 Biz do a move-out clean on a rental home we were staying in. We just bought a house and did not want to deal with the hassle and time of cleaning but wanted to ensure a good job in order to get our deposits back. Biz 2 Biz delivered above my expectations. They were on time, so easy to work with, did an amazing job, and were very detailed. It is absolutely the cleanest the house has ever looked! I will definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend you use them as well!

I’m a new pool owner and initially hired this company to maintain the pool while I learned the basics. They do provide some nice touches like photos and a chemical report after each visit, but I seriously question the accuracy of their testing.

I only used them for about two months, and during that time I experienced an algae bloom that I ended up resolving myself (4 days after their visit). After that, I purchased my own test kit to verify their readings going forward.

The final straw was testing my water just a few hours after one of their visits. Their report showed balanced levels, including FC at 7.0 and CYA at 50. My test showed ZERO free chlorine and ZERO CYA within hours of their visit.

If I had relied on their report, I likely would have had another algae issue. Their visits are very quick (around 15 minutes) and mostly consist of basic cleaning. Filter cleanings are required and overpriced (seems an industry norm).

Overall, I don’t feel the service provides value for the cost, can't say I'd recommend them.

Pool was starting to yellow the day immediately following cleaning. I reached out every day for the following 5 days with no resolution (still not resolved). Just excuses that they were short staffed. Embarrassing levels of customer service. Act as though it is a privilege for you to pay them to not clean your pool. If you are thinking of using them, run!!!

I have been working with BlueScience pools for years. If ever there is an occasional issue, just get on the phone with them and they'll get it taken care of.

Repeated requests to stop dumping material from pool in yard have been made you can see the results. Ten years of service, just fired them!

This pool was a mess, so we switched to Blue Science, and they took care of business. Bobby took this thing from a swamp to gorgeous- and quickly too. I thought this was a lost cause, but Bobby fixed it and has kept me in the loop with everything. Highly recommend!
