Premier Landscape has been our goto landscaper for 8 years. They take care of our total yard maintenance, including irrigation and landscaping repairs. Over the years they have completed several projects for us, including stone enclosure for your front beds and landscaping additions to our backyard. Most recently they laid sod, installed new irrigation and landscaping around our pool, as well as built a new wrought iron fence damaged by Texas weather. They are dependable, professional and responsive.

TERRIBLE experience! Tim came to my home to size a landscaping job (new raised bed with stone border, new tree plus planting, rework of existing beds, fountain installation, irrigation), and he gave me a verbal bid. I accepted the bid and told him I wanted to use him, and was expecting the fountain that was on order in a few weeks. It was important that I had a landscaper lined up to move the fountain to the backyard when it arrived, so I gave him the estimated arrival date. I also asked if I could pick out my tree from the grower with him, and he agreed. A couple weeks before the fountain was to arrive, I texted Tim to suggest that he could do the work in stages, go ahead and plant the tree etc. and not wait on the fountain if that worked better, but he declined saying that he would have to charge more for that. I asked when we could go to the grower. He did not respond. I also had never gotten a written estimate for the $4000+ worth of work, so I texted again a week before fountain arrival to confirm when he could come for the fountain and landscape, and again asked if we could go see the grower over the weekend, and finally asked if he could please send me the estimate he had reviewed with me in person. His curt reply just said that he would “have to pass”. More jobs had come in and they were booked for the next several weeks. WHAT? He had previously said he would do the work and I was counting on him. I told him I did not understand, that he previously said he would come (And I was clear on the timeframe! I had provided several weeks notice, and we had talked about specific trees and plants and stone). He did not reply. No explanation, no apology. Just left me high and dry. I would NEVER do business with someone who treats their customers like that. He broke a verbal contract, even knowing how important the timing of moving that fountain was. I was baffled as to why he was responsive one week and the next just refused to reply except to tell me he would not be taking the job. He left me in tears, scurrying to find someone who could move a $1300 fountain so it would not have to be left in the street!!!! I have strong words for people like that, but I am too polite to use them. Just stay away from this company unless you are okay with them bailing on you at the last minute without so much as an explanation!

I’ve used Premier for probably 7-8 years. The owner is great at landscaping. I’m not the easiest of customer in that realm as I don’t like ordinary...and we’ve come up with great plans. His crew mowed our lawn for years and did a great job. If there were ever any issues they were addressed quickly.

Had a great experience with Premier. Tim was easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions. Love the choices of plants he used too. Love the final results!! Highly recommend Premier Landscaping. 😎

I just finished a front yard renovation project and Tim and his crew did a great job. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and he didn't try to upsell me, he just ran with the general guidelines and delivered. By far the best experience I've had with a contractor in ages!

Premier Lawns designed our front flower beds and built a stone wall. Tim listened to what we were wanting and came up with a design that was perfect for our needs. Beautiful work and very knowledgeable with regard to plants. Very pleased with outcome.

I don't remember where I met Tim, but I remember he is a real hot-head. His crew used to mow a strip of grass that bordered my driveway - it was about 6 feet wide. That is what we agreed upon. I had taken up the grass in my front yard, and replaced with gravel - I had a cactus garden instead of grass.

I traveled for a living, and worked hard on my front yard. I kept only indigenous plants out front, so it made my home-life easy, and relaxing. I specifically said I did not want anyone touching the front - that I only needed help with that 6 door strip of grass that ran beside my driveway.

I spent hours and hours outside creating this area in my front yard. One day, his crew came to my front door, and when I opened the door, there was his crew pulling up the indigenous plants I had transplanted from different areas in my yard.

I was shocked to see my work destroyed and yelled, "STOP! DONT PULL THOSE PLANTS UP! I TOLD TIM NOT TO TOUCH MY FRONT YARD!". Later that day, Tim either called me, or dropped by - I don't remember - and told me that no one yells at his crew.

Okay, well, if he was a professional then he would have apologized to me for the mistake, and offered to replace. Instead, he fired me as a client!

Tim also, talked about buying rent houses and housing his workers and cracked a joke about having his own "indentured servants". Why I ever spoke to him again after that, I don't know.

It seemed odd to me that when behind their backs, Tim referred to his workers as a form of slave, yet when I had a viable complaint, he discarded me, his customer.

I was taken aback by his actions, as he really bent-over backwards for me in the beginning. Whatever. Anywho, I noticed some lovely indigenous plants emerging today, and I thought about that awful experience I had with this business owner. Ick.

The work was done professionally. The owner came back multiple times to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I’m very pleased with the project.

Great experience with Tim and the Premier team. Very responsive and took our vision and constructed the perfect pergola for our back yard. I would highly recommend having Tim come look at your space if you are thinking about adding a pergola. Can’t wait for the next project!

I called Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to double check if my backyard had proper drainage. Tim was very professional and stopped by the house the next day. He called me when he was at the house and again immediately after he left to tell me his findings. He was very thorough and kindly gave me my options without being pushy (as most companies are). I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable and organized landscape company!

We used Tim to design and install landscaping around our pool. He created a great design that tied the yard together and made the pool feel like a resort. Tim was great to work with and was very responsive and flexible. He was hands on the entire project. I will use him again.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job on our pergola, patio and yard and we could not be more pleased. They worked quickly and the quality was top notch. Tim met with us several times prior to a walk-through at the wholesale nursery to look at options. These meetings helped establish our desired outcome and Tim was able to adjust the design to our liking. The removal of old plants and installation of the new plants was efficient and the crew at Premier Landscapes of Texas did a great job. There was no damage due to the careful digging, grinding and planting. Our plantings look like something out of a magazine! We are very pleased with the outcome.

AMAZING!! Not only did they do great quality work all in one day, but Tim even helped with the design process which is what I was desperately needing. The process was so easy, quick and very affordable. I still cant believe this is my yard. Would recommend them to anyone and my neighbors cant stop asking me who did my yard. We used Tim Chapman to create a custom stone border around our gardens in the backyard, refresh stone pathways throughout the backyard, and rebuild a walled garden behind our pool. Tim listened to what we wanted to create and made it happen. His crew was professional and hardworking. Tim and his crew also created beautiful landscaping within our gardens, added drains where needed in the garden, and trimmed our trees. Our backyard looks beautiful, thank you Tim!
