We recently contracted Tim Chapman and Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to do some landscaping at our home. Tim and all of his crew were great and did everything we had asked and more. Tim came out and listened to our request and put a plan together to make it happen. His crew came out and removed the old existing outdated landscaping and installed new trees, shrubs, flowers, stone edging, irrigation system and lighting. I was very impressed with the quality of work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any landscape work.

After our consultation, Luis came out with his crew the next week and finished the work in two days. They fixed our irrigation, laid sod, put in drains, and trimmed trees. Consideration was made for the swale between homes and an elevation increase around and up to a patio pad. The walkway was then expertly bordered by large stone accommodating the change in elevation. Juan and his team completed a project last week that addressed a significant drainage issue in my back and side yards, including new sod, regrading, collection boxes and drains, as well as, installing a new concrete patio to replace a rotting wooden deck.
