I highly recommend Ken at TLC by Ken (Trees Hurt Too). Extremely professional and knowledgeable about any tree. Ken came out and looked at 4 trees on my property and assessed what needed to be done to get them back on track. Great communication, always getting back to me with answers to my questions. Ken is now my "tree guy"!

Dwayne and Ryan came today to treat my lawn. They were professional and thorough! Great company and great service! Thank you for making my yard exemplary! Highly recommend!!!

Well attentive our trees and lawn needs.

1) I have repeatedly requested that I be contacted BY PHONE when a technician is to come out, because I have a gate that needs to be left open. I do not stay glued to emails or texts. The company REFUSES to contact me by phone. They require that I do everything electronically, even to the point of requiring that I go through a "portal" in order to get details of treatment. There are two issues here: the first issue is simply the lack of good face-to-face customer service. The second is the company's absolute REFUSAL to accommodate a reasonable request.
2) On the last visit (which the technician/company did not call me about), the technician left an sign in my yard advertising the company. He did not ask for my approval in advance.

I don't know whether it is the company as a whole, or just the technician. But this appears to be a company that absolutely does not care about personal, considerate, face-to-face customer service.

Supplement #1 to this review: I just posted this review and within 30 minutes got a call from the owner. He started off with: "You should know we have 150+ five star reviews". He then proceeded to argue with me on every point ... cutting me off ABSOLUTELY ANYT TIME I tried to respond. He was clearly angry ... and totally not interested in what I had to say. When I pointed out that he was arguing with me, and that he was cutting me off, his response: "You are cancelled"! So you have here a business that will cancel you if you post a bad review.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They to not care about the customer at all. It is their way or the highway. And I am glad to choose the highway!

Supplement #2 to this review: To the owner's response: I have by email sent you documentation supporting the following:

"Attached above is the screenshot of a voicemail message on my mobile phone, transcribed by my voicemail transcription service. To gain a better insight as to my perspective on our interaction yesterday and today, note the following:"

1. Your technician only called once, 30 minutes in advance (see the screenshot).
2, The call shows up on my phone as "Natural Ag Solu". (see the screenshot). THIS IS WHAT SHOWED UP ON MY PHONE WHEN IT RANG. This header does not show up as "Trees Hurt Too", or even by the technician's personal name. I receive a dozen spam calls a day. This appeared to be a spam call and NOTHING in the header gave me any indication that this was a call I should take. When the owner called this morning, his call showed up as "Trees Hurttoo" ... and I immediately took his call.
2. The caller identifies himself by a personal name... period. He NEVER identified himself as being from Trees Hurt Too. (see the screenshot)
3. The technician said he would be at my house "in half an hour to do the surgery(?)" (see the screenshot). TreesHurtToo was doing monthly fertilizing ... I would never equate monthly fertizilizing as "SURGERY". Plus, I just had a triple-bypass open heart surgery 5 weeks ago and am still recovering. I have a couple of home health, therapy businesses that have been by my house. When I ultimately looked at this voicemail, I would have seen this call as being a spam call from a medical entity.
4. The technician NEVER referred to keeping my gate open (see the screenshot), which might have enlightened me a little bit.

To the readers of this review: Look at the call I received (I cannot attach the screenshot). At no point was 'TreesHurtToo' referenced, at no point were "trees" referenced, at no point was "fertilizer" referenced, at no point was my "gate" referenced. The call was relatively last minute (1/2 hour notice). When the call came in, I was in meetings, looked at the header, saw no reason to take the call, never looked at the voicemail until well later in the afternoon, and even after looking at the voicemail had no clue that Trees Hurt Too had called.

Everything has been said that should be said. Look at the interaction from the owner. His response to an upset customer: You're wrong, I'm right, you're cancelled!.

Dwayne helps us out at our office and our home. He is always professional and explains everything in good detail. He seems to really care about making sure you and your home have no problems. I recommend trees hurt too to everyone!

I've been working with this company for all my personal and commercial pest control needs for over twenty years. They have aways been family owned and they treat their customers like family. As a realtor, I have many opportunities to refer a pest control company to my clients. These are the guys I always call first. They are responsive, competitive, trustworthy, and friendly. Dwayne is professional and treats my property like his own. I never worry about the safe handling of the chemicals that he uses. And now they treat my trees too! Call them and you won't be disappointed!

Adam was knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job.

Ken, a Certified Arborist, came to inspect 2 of my trees which have lost bark. He came the day after I called for an appointment. He was on time and called to let me know that he was on the way. He was very professional. He did not pressure me to sign up for any services. Since my trees can not be saved, I could not use their service but I would recommend them based on this encounter.

Professional service and customer care. Ken inspected previously injected trees health and offered insights on newly planted trees to support growth and conditioning.

Ken, of Trees Hurt Too, was very professional and helpful in looking at my yard and was up front about their services being more geared towards those with irrigation systems, but for those who properly water, it was still possible to use their services. He gave suggestions and steps we could take now. Look forward to doing business.

Called Ken. He came out and diagnosed our oak and pecan. Very professional and thorough. Reasonably priced. I'd recommend him and will use him again when I need tree service.

Dwayne was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the mole treatment we requested. He was informative and told us what you look out for.

Couldn't be happier with Robert's service. I get an advanced email. He comes and services the yard. I get a follow-up email explaining what he used and whether I should water. Then I get all the compliments on how great my yard looks.

We have had the yearly plan for several years and our yard is better off because of how they care for it. They know what needs to be done each month and we do not need to worry about it. Whenever we have bugs or ants somewhere in the house or yard that I am concerned about I can even call the office and a technician will come out extra to take care of that. When he comes each month he knocks on the door and asks us if we have any concerns and he will look at it right away. He also tells us what he will be doing and when to water and when the yard is safe to play or work in again. We really appreciate him and Ken, the owner of the company. Heidi is the receptionist at the office and she's very pleasant to talk to and line up any appointments or answer any questions. She has been there for several years and is always very helpful. Thank you for the excellent yard service you provide and by using as much organic treatments as you can.

Completely professional and personable. Logan was on time (early) and easy to work with. No upsell, no long-term care plan, just an honest assessment with solutions I could implement myself (so low cost!). If I tree issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Trees Hurt Too. Highly recommend!

Adam arrived on time and took care of business. Our yard is greening up and looking good. He is always great about telling us what to do about keeping our pets safe.

Ken was great. He looked at all of our trees and made a diagnosis on each. Turns out the one we were most worried about will be fine, and one needs a treatment in February next year. He gave us great advice and was very professional. I would highly recommend.
