Chris let me know his timeframe and was even a little early. He took care of two Midea unit recalls. Gave me extra drains for future use and answered all of my many questions. Cleaned, rinsed and done. Bravo Chris !

The technician was very friendly and made sure to give me updates about when he would arrive. He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Answered all me questions and told me how to keep equipment in good working order.

I had a service call on my GE dishwasher covered under warranty forwarded to Premier Appliance Services. They got to my house within 2 business days, arrived early into the 2 hour window provided, and fixed the issue with my dishwasher much faster than I expected. My dishwasher is working great now. Service tech Chris kept us informed about his arrival time. He arrived on time. Chris was neat, clean, articulate. He explained the job, then did the job in a very short time. Extraordinarily professional. He deserves 10 stars, not just five.

The Premier Appliance Service Tech was world-class! Rescheduled when I had an emergency. Follow up communication included an email; phone call and text the day of the repair. Professional and friendly. Tested the dishwasher to determine problem, explained the issue. Replaced the part and dishwasher was purring like a kitten!!! Cleaned dishes like new. Thank you SquareTrade!!! Definitely will recommend Premier to family and friends.

They ordered the correct parts and had the issue fixed in about an hour. They communicated well and answered messages via text. The lows warranty covered the repair so I am not sure of the costs involved.

What a great experience! Derrick the Technician showed up very late after a tight schedule and problems with an earlier stop which put him running late. However he was so kind and friendly and smart he made me forget that I had waited for him all day long. He fixed several items on my new Thermador refrigerator and was kind enough to stay and address all of my questions even though it was putting him in a 2 hour congested drive home. I will forever use the this company and hope they pay Derrick well because this could have gone South quickly!

The tech came in, and fixed the recall issue with my unit without any issue. He was super friendly, and I was impressed by his work. He ask if I needed any information, and gave me advice on my unit. I was really impressed by the service provided by him. Thank you so much!

They took care of a warranty fix for my window unit. The man was professional and did quick work, explaining things along the way. He even offered to clean up the shavings from where he drilled.

Had a freezer develop issues after two weeks, and under manufacturer warranty-the manufacturer sent Premier Appliance Service.
I wish I could remember the technician's name, but he was awesome! He was very courteous, friendly, and very polite. He answered all of my questions and gave me all of my options, which I appreciated very much. I wish all techs were like him. If I need future service done, I will definitely use this company

Great communication in letting me know when he would arrive. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. These folks were sent by a manufacturer recall but we will definitely keep their contact info for future needs.

This was warranty work on a Midea window air conditioner. The technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and did the repair in a very short order. Very pleased.

Arturo called at 8 am to give us our two hour window. The window was 3 pm to 5 pm. He called at 230 pm to let us know he was on the way. Arrived on time and did the warranty work on our AC window unit. He showed me how to keep it clean. He was very nice and professional. Overall great experience!

Warranty repair for my washer. The time frame was different than the warranty had promised but the technician did his best to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt and explained the repair. And informed me how to prevent this type of problem.

I received recalls on 4 window units at the same time. At two houses across from each other.
The technician had a plan and explained how we were going to do this before we even started.
At that moment I was finally able to relax.
I dreaded dealing with 4 window units ever since I found out there was a recall.
I showed him where everything was.
He did his repair outside. We went inside he showed me how to take care of this type of air conditioner. He also checked to make sure there was no damage. Took some pictures.
The technician was very knowledgeable.
It’s unusual nowadays for someone to slow down and explain everything to you.
You can tell he is this friendly and enjoys helping people all the time.

We initially had an appointment to determine the problem with our refrigerator. At that appointment the technician was immediately able to diagnose the problem. A few weeks later after parts were ordered and received by Premier Appliance Services, the replacement parts were installed in less than an hour and the repair was successful. The technicians contacted us to confirm the appointments and to let us know when they were on the way to our location. They were on time and very professional at both appointments. We’re very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Premier Appliance Services!
