Tim has always been great to work with & responsive to all my questions & concerns. He was quick to meet with my clients last week to help resolve an issue on their new home that the builders warranty department continues to not properly address & fix. Clients have been more than happy with his knowledge & expertise.

Had Landmark build my “specialty” garage and they did a great job! During the first visit to discuss requirements, I knew based on the conversation it would be done right. We discussed car lifts and foundation requirements and the need for beams to support weight. I also wanted a large span of storefront glass that presented a challenge when it came to support for the roof. A large header was needed. A poolside bar with restroom in the back was also needed. VERY HAPPY with the result! The Landmark team addressed every question I had during the process and when I pointed out an area of concern, it was already identified by them and I was told what they were doing to address it. They were alway a step ahead of me resulting in a great experience! Highly recommend! If you need a high quality build, this is the team to do it!

Landmark just completed my third job, yes third because first two were beyond my expectations. I let them know what I need, comes out promptly, takes a complete look at what I need. Within two days I will have the quote. Then I schedule and he shows up as promised. The work I have had done to my home, has greatly improved the outside appearance and it is quality work that I know will last in this Texas heat. I know I am getting a fair price for quality work. Bonus, he does not try to upsell me!! I will use Landmark for every home project I need. You will be impressed with the high quality work that is done at a reasonable cost.

Really like the attention to detail.Quality work was done on our kitchen rebuild. Tim owner of Landmark listened to what we wanted and delivered. Isiah and Saul made great pre preparations for work performed.They covered all our electronics and furniture so there would be no damage to them.

Tim and his crew from Landmark Construction recently reconstructed my house that suffered from a water loss from a washing machine malfunction that flooded our house. Landmark quickly worked to reconstruct my home and worked with the insurance company to restore my home to better than new in a timely manner. Tim was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone. Thank you!

I had some major water damage. A friend recommended servpro and I'm so glad they did! Mr. Johnson & his crew showed up right away and guided me the whole process. Honestly I wouldn't have even known where to start. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through every thing from insurance to repair and restoring my home to better than new. Huge thanks to SERVPRO of Mesquite for actually doing their job and beyond! After having to deal with a disastrous/annoying leak in my bathroom ceiling I finally have relief that this issue has been fixed. Stephanie in the front office rocks! She made the process simple and made sure I was getting the help I needed.

I would like to thank SERVPRO of Mesquite for going above and beyond for my family during a disastrous situation. They were completely nice and seemed to care for their customers. From the very beginning of the sweet girl who answered the phone to the guys that explained what would be going on in my home for the next few days. hoping nothing else happens anytime soon, but if or when it does, I will definitely call SERVPRO in Mesquite again.

The serv pro team in Kaufman county were timely, professional and thorough. The technician took the time to evaluate the areas of concern and quickly ascertain what the problem was (which was not what we anticipated the problem to be). He quickly and professionally remediated the issue saving me time and money. Thank you serve pro!!

Additionally, as a weekender he mentioned our coming freeze and volunteered to turn our faucets on to avoid a freeze. Great customer service!

Slow, ineffectual, unprofessional and a scam. I had to call my bank to report the funds as missing and canceled since Servpro promised to take care of this since last week and had not done so. The manager was avoiding my calls to iniate a refund. Communication is an ongoing issues with them and i'm glad I see these other reviews to validate these issues. Three weeks of constant back and forth. I do not recommend anyone work with them. If you find yourself having problems, file with the BBB, the Texas AG and report the funds to your BANK! KEEP IN HANDY all the documents and attempted correspondance you have.

Our home burned down in Kaufman in March 2017. Aside from being devastated and not knowing what to do or where to start we were lucky to have ServPro there and not in the way but giving information on how to clean up the mess. After reading what they left I decided to go with them to help clean up as much as we could.
From the very beginning they were a God send. We had some beautiful furniture that for the most part made it. They wrapped our dishes, crystal, plus with the greatest care. The employees were all so nice and fun to talk to as they worked . Billy Walker and Aaron Johnson were wonderful and answered all my questions. And I can truthfully say they probably saved me from imploding. You won’t ever know what a mess a fire is until it happens. I could not have done it without them.
They loaded up our belongings and took some to storage and the rest to their warehouse. There they had a process where they were able to get the smell of smoke out of everything. They washed all the dishes, crystal etc. and rewrapped it.
ServPro suggested two furniture refinishers and we chose one company. They picked up our things and cleaned them up and refinished them. After we moved back in they brought our belongings home.
When it was time to move home I got several bids on moving. ServPro came in under the other bids and moved us home.
The experience was the best. I don’t know what I would have done without them. The employees were so nice and took a bad situation for me and gave it the best outcome I could have hoped for. They took most of the stress from me.
I would recommend to anyone to have them help with fire or water damage.

I just want to thank SERVPRO of Kaufman County for taking good care of myself and my home. It was tough at first but between the girls in the office and the guys that worked at my home I couldn’t have had better help during this tough time. I would highly recommend this company.

Jennifer with Servpro Mesquite came out to assess the damage to our RV at Lake Tawokoni and seemed like she wanted to help us. She took measurements and told my fiance that she would write a quote up for us and get back in touch. It has been a week without any word from her. We have called her twice and called her office. The receptionist said she would have Jennifer get in touch with us and we still have not heard from her. This is very disappointing as I knew the founding owners from Gallatin, TN, lived in Gallatin for 28 years where Servpro and their services are highly respected. I'm certain the Isaacson's would be disappointed also. Note to self, Quality and Professionalism is not Nation wide when dealing with franchises..

Personal service. Jennifer Evartt's technical aptitude, being transparent and direct, while courteously explaining what needed to happen....provided my family comfort that we were doing the right thing, and using the right company. Meanwhile, Wade Grubbs was answering texts/calls after hours to ensure I was getting the info we needed. Daily repeat visits by these two, checking carefully on progress and ensuring successful drying of our home....we are thankful.

I really appreciate Doris and how she pays attention to detail, she very professional and a hard worker. Trent hung in there, very respectful and worked hard.

We have worked with Tim and ServPro for the past week and he has been absolutely amazing! This company and the employees have done over and above during our emergency and I couldn’t thank them enough!

I was at a complete loss when my water heater burst in the attic. Water was dripping from my light fixtures! I called Servpro of Mesquite and they were at my home within an hour! If you have a fire happen at your home Servpro is the company to call. They were very informative and answered any questions I had during the process. My home is finally back together after this amazing crew came in and did a great job at making my home like brand new.
