Linda is one of the most genuine and caring vendors I’ve ever had at my home. Her family owned business might not look as “fancy” as some of the others, but she does great work at a great price and is easy to work with and trustworthy on property.

We have used Rubber Ducky Pools for many years. Their personal service is excellent. Not only do they do a great job of cleaning the pool but they are constantly notifying us about issues with the pool and equipment that needs fixing. We were worried that when we moved from Forney to Heath we would have to find a new pool service. Luckily that wasn’t the case. Linda was happy to continue working with us at our new home!

I found Linda and Victoria almost 3 years ago through a referral. Ever since, she and Victoria stepped up to the plate and have delivered week in and week out. They’re communicative and educational and I’m thankful for them! 5 stars+ in my book!

Amazing service, clear and thorough communication for what to expect and how to plan future services! Hiring cleaning services can be stressful and expensive. Cleansie was responsive and prompt to my initial inquiry. It was easy to set up an appointment and a few days later, they were here. It was their first visit and we walked the home to discuss goals, expectations and preferences. In the end, my house was clean to my liking, and I can’t wait to have them come again. Highly recommend!

Didn’t show up weekly, skipped 2 weeks, now pool is green and they want over 400$ for more chemicals. Monthly price is fair if they’ll show up, it’s labor on other things where they get you.
Girl answering phone is rude and has a hard time keeping up. I had to pull checks they had deposited of ours that they didn’t record in their books, to show we were paid up.

They go above and beyond in service. Our family has been using them for over 2 years now. We will continue to use them. We have worked with other companies and this company is by far the best.
During the storm they told us what to do. I fully believe this saved our system with little damage. After the storm they came out, checked our system, ordered parts and had us up and running again.

This is a wonderful family owned business, & you can’t beat the pricing for the service they provide. Additionally, anytime there is a problem with your pool or pump, they will come right out & fix it. We had two services prior to this one, & hands down Poolfessionals is the best!

We moved to Crandall this past November and it was our very first experience with a pool. The pool is about 10+ years old and right away I was not happy with some discoloration we were seeing on the side walls. Not an easy task to take on when your just learning how to test the water, what all of the different readings mean, then figuring out what chemical you need just to maintain while researching all of the different reasons for the spots we had, which gets even more confusing. Is it a brownish black spot or a brownish green, hell I don't know I guess it depends who you ask and what day it is! All the frustration of how much chemical to get trying not to waste money and still not certain if I was even getting the right one! Then if your like me, you google in search of the best price or you go store to store in search and leave with nothing. I'm always one to do something myself to cut cost, but we gave up and handed the problem and weekly maintenance to Blake after a few months of trying to go it alone. It was the best decision in regards to the "pool headache". We were actually wasting time and money with all the guess work and just the basic chemical maintenance of an in ground pool. The monthly price is very reasonable for the weekly service we get and the pool has never looked this good until Blake took it over for us. I highly recommend him and his wife Bailee for anyone who has a pool. You can't do it yourself for less and your pool be crystal clear like Blake keeps it all year long.

Best pool service around here! They take credit card, they show up reliably, are affordable and send after service updates. None of the other companies we’ve used in the past did any of that!

Outstanding customer service. I called over 20 pool supply stores for a part I needed ASAP. No one had it in stock and it was over a week to get it, IF they could find it. Poolfessionals of Texas went out of their way to help me find a way to get the pool running again AND then they actually went and found the actual part I needed and had it for me within the hour. Excellent group of people.
