Did a phenomenal job! I had two other companies cancel on me, and they scheduled quick, cleaned quick, great quality and service. I believe Brian helped us out and he was kind and professional.

We have been using Rankin Service Pros for many years. His service is always top notch and leaves our carpets and tile looking like new. Brian is very thorough, professional, and doesn't miss a spot. I highly recommend these guys!

The phone was answered promptly to schedule my appointment. Brian was on time and confirmed service requested. The price was same as I was originally quoted over the phone. I have very light colored carpet and it looks great now. I am very happy with the results and will be using them again.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Rankin Service Pros. I called on Monday, they arrived on time Tuesday, cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway for $86. Well worth it, excellent price, superb job!!! I highly recommend using their services.

This morning they cleaned my carpets. 1st time I used them. 2 people showed up and were done in half the time. You definitely get a bang for your buck. I was really surprised on the value and suggested they should charge more. Sorry everyone.

Excellent experience! I called to have them come clean my couch (since I've had it quite a while-side note, it's cloth and not leather) and had a good business transaction start to finish. The gentlemen who answered the phone was polite and friendly, answering all of my questions without coming across like I was being difficult (seems a rare thing anymore), and offered me service as soon as the next day. I scheduled a week out, and just as promised, he called half an hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. The cleaning tech was super friendly and very professional. He quoted me the price before beginning work and explained the process. He was efficient and as clean as could be expected. I feel like my couch is clean now. Thank you!

Great experience. Brian was on time, friendly and had some great suggestions for keeping up with the stains my pets make. My rug was cleaned quickly and looks and smells great. I will definitely use Rankin again in the future.

Brian did an AMAZING job on our carpets! We had a lot of visible stains thanks to our big dog and baby and he was able to get them all out. He is a very nice guy and easy to work with. The owner, Jason, is extremely personable and was very accommodating to my attempt of scheduling between baby naps :) I highly recommend Rankin Service Pros and will definitely use them in the future!

We have been using Rankin Service Pros Carpet cleaners for close to two years now and couldn't be happier with the service. Not only do they clean our carpets that regularly get messy considering that we have a busy toddler, they also cleaned our love seats and sofas and did an amazing job with that. They are always exactly on schedule, and the service is top notch. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Jason and Kelly are phenomenal! As they say, their mamas raised them right! They pride themselves is their expertise and honesty. It’s hard to find good honest people to work on your home, these guys are unicorns in today’s workforce. They answer their phone, they’re punctual, I can’t say enough good things about them.

Brian was great! Very professional and explained all work being done, as well as provided some tips on a few damaged stings/fibers of carpet. The pricing was great for the carpeted areas of my home.

Two year update: after my carpet fully dried in 2023, the spots I believed were removed by Rankin were not gone. I purchased my own carpet cleaner in 2024, pre-treated the same spots Rankin did, and the spots were completed gone after the carpet dried.

I would recommend purchasing your own before hiring Rankin.

We had Brian out to clean the rooms with carpet in a place were getting ready to sell. Great folks who I would gladly recommend. Did all carpets including closets in the rooms.
